Hanging BTC with a wench-PROBLEM

I don’t particulary hang BTC with my wench but I am facing a problem that I think those of you who are might be able to help me with. I am currently hanging 10lbs SD and if I move my leg the wrong way or twist my body the wrong way, it feels like skin is moving under the wrap and pinching and it hurts like a mofo. When I have attempted to ease into BTC, I get this same feeling, except on the top of my shaft. It’s like a friction feeling translated into extreme skin pain. Lord does it hurt.

I use a cloth (tshirt) underwrap and a self adhesive ace bandage. Please guys, help me. Sometimes, when I make the wrong move, I can’t complete my 20 min set cause the pain is unbearable. What am I doing wrong?

I had the exact same setup before I stopped wenching. Make sure when you wrap that your skin isn’t pinched in there. Also the btc you will have to use less weight than SD and then your skin should adapt. I know the pain you speak of.

No…It isn’t pinched. I grab by the head and stretch out and wrap with the other hand, but I only do that for the underwrap. The ace bandage just goes over that underwrap so I don’t have to stretch it out again. Maybe the skin adapting is my problem. But I am not even really trying to hang BTC right now, I just experiment with it at the end of my sets sometimes. Like I said, when I hang SD and move my body in just the wrong way, I will feel it happen. Before that, I just feel a good pull on my ligs. Then when it happens, I feel a pull on my shaft skin. If I bear the pain, it diminishes within 45 seconds. Wtf am I doing wrong. I also get 4 clicks in on my clamp. Weird.
