Hey everyone,

So I made the ol’ Captains wench to work on some length. I’m figuring I’ll be doing 5 days a week 3/5 lbs in 45 min sets ( 3x15 ). I’d also like to keep doing my clamping for girth routine which is mon/wed/fri 3x15 sessions.

My questions would be, think its okay to do these exercises in this frequency? To do a 3x15 clamping sessions and then a 5 lb 3x15 hanging session in the same day?

So if I’m hanging, would this be an okay hanging routine?
5 days,
5 lbs 3x15min with light jelqing in between for blood flow and warm ups prior to each session.
10 min breaks in between.

Good? More? less?

Hanging is basically a matter of time: the more you hang, the higher the chances of gains.

So, if you can do more than 45 min. total time daily, you should.
It’s always good adding some jelqs, even light, because hanging can lower your EQ.

About weight, it’s a secondary factor: you should use the minimum amount of weight that can give gains; I’ve never used the captain wench, so I can’t say if 5 lbs are too much; let’s say that if you can’t do 1 h total hanging time with that weight, that’s too much.

Well said Marinera, you are right about the change in EQ. If I am expecting to engage in sex on a day in question I generally refrain from hanging and may rather engaging in pumping. However I think you are right in presenting the importance of jelqs.
