Hanging against calibrated weight

Has anyone tried hanging against a fish scales calibrated weight measurements? You could just up the weight by tiny increments when you are ready for it by moving away from the scale. I couldn’t be the first to think of this right?

Anybody like this idea? Has it been done? C’mon people.

This has been talked about before. What you might do is a search on Bungi cords. It works the same way but you use a tape measure to keep tabs of how much stress your applying. The angles you can achieve are endless.

If you mean that your going to find a far greater amount of flexability then you ‘ve ever had.

While standing with a Bungi attached in SO you can do OTL left and right just by twisting your hips from side to side. You can do Fulcrums with your thumb pushing straight down on your lig until you get a 90 deg angle. Fulcrum left and right by twisting your hips again. You can get partial angles by only partially twisting. When it comes to SU you can do the same thing. All of these can be done during one 20 minute set. Takes a lot of boredom out of things.

Man I love all of these homemade devices on this site. Love my Captain’s wench. Gonna make a power jelq. And I’m sure I’ll be sailing sometime in the future. The bungee cords sound like a great way to get all the angles. Hey why not hook a Cap’ts wench to a Bow Flex? Light weight of course.

I just did that very same thing last night. Captain’s wench worked great. Had it on a small bungee cord no chance of it coming back on me. I got really good tension through out my dick all the way to my base.

Have any of you used the bungee cord in your workout?

The Bungee has done all the work for me. I’ve done very little SD. Thought I’d save SD or BTC for when I plateau, but that hasn’t happened. Right now I’m using 10 lbs down from 19 to 20 lbs before my deconditioning period which lasted 3 months. I”m reluctant to move up in weight until I’m forced to by lack of gains.

Measurements, stats. ugh…
You see I just don’t get into stats and measurements like everyone else wants to because I just find it too arbitrary. As a for instance my erect length hasn’t been measured in perhaps 5 to 6 months the reason for that is that I have abandoned erect length for BPSFL. Yes I’ll take a look at my erect length now and then but I don’t write it down because by the time I’ve managed to get to a ruler I’ve lost some and then from one hard-on to another there is just to much differentiation.
What I do do is measure while SO hanging which is BPSFL right now I’m out to 9 1/4+. If you figure that my erect to flaccid stretched differential is 3/4”, which is a lot then my erect length is in the area of 8 1/2”
What has to be looked at here is the problem on consistent measuring. i.e.: below the fat pad, in the middle of the fat pad, over the top of the fat pad. All will give you different measurements. So what my stats are in reality is relative. That means that MY reference is the only important thing and that may not be what your thinking it is

I think we all have to keep a perspective in mind when it comes to measuring. It’s nice to say my erect length is 10 but from where. There’s allot of ways to cheat and even kid ourselves. What ever our reference measurement is YOU need to be consistent and frankly the only thing that is relative to this forum is your gains from wherever you start.

I like the idea of having a bungee cord as buffer between the Wench and the weight so any movement doesn’t jerk on the Wench like I’ve experienced and I’m sure many others have as well. Would you go with weights, rope, up through the pulley, bungee cord and then to the Wench?

No, I just use the bungi by itself. No weights
