Hangers noticing gains?
At what weight hanging did you start noticing dramatic length gains?
I am currently hanging with eight lbs and I am going to stick with it for awhile as I think gains are coming.
I am thinking that when I do move up I may just pack on another four lbs and get to twelve. That seems to be the magic number for many to quicker gains. I wonder if that may be too much however. I think I can handle it though. Any long time hangers do anything similiar with good results?
To any newbies let me state before hand that when hanging you have to start out light and move up in weight slowly before getting as heavy as I have. To do so otherwise could cause serious injury.
