Feed back on one of these two hanging methods
This question I am going to exclude my whole PE routine except for hanging.
I currently hang at 10lbs 1 to 1.2 hours a day 4 days a week. I have been considering a VAC ADS due to comfort, less skin stretching, and being able to get much more hanging time in due to longer hanging periods and comfort.
The problem with the VAC ADS is the max is 5lbs. So question is what do you think would result in more gains, 10lbs at 1 to 1.2 hours a day, or 5lbs Vac ADS at 3 hours a day.
I do need to change up my hanging routine. Keep in mind I still manually stretch and lightly jelq. But which one of the two hanging routines would you recommend for quicker gains?
