Hey guys,

I`m currently hanging six set straight out with a pulley 7 days a week. I`m also doing piss-pulls and stretches whenever I find the time.

I was considering adding a more dedicated stretching workout to my routine. 6 sets of hanging early in the day and a stretching routine in the evening.

I was thinking maybe DLD-blasters or V-stretches(have not tried those consistently).

Any experiences or suggestions?

Sounds like a bit too much. How is your EQ?

If you want to focus more on length, I would advise an ADS after hanging. More stretching my be bad for your penis, but hey, it’s your penis, you should know best.

I have been thinking about incorporating stretches as well. I am thinking about using the golf weight stretches to help speed up the fatigue process, and thus hang for less time. Same (or better) results in less time? Maybe, maybe not. I have also been thinking about adding a girth exercise like O’bends. There was a guy on here that had a theory that our penis fibers cris crossed like a chinese finger trap. He said that it could be that if we are going for length, that our girth fibers could actually be holding us back. And vice verse, if your going for girth your length fibers may be holding you back. So you may get better results by stretching both. I don’t know…figure its worth a try.

EQ is not top quality and I don`t have frequent erections as I used to. It is hard and functionable, but not rock hard:)

I do however have good bloodflow, no turtling and plump flaccids from time to time, so I don`t think there are too many negative PI`s.

ADS or golfweights is an alternative.

What`s the best ADS?;)

The consensus seems to be that first you gain length and then girth.

However, there are many guys that seems to have had good gains in both simultaneously. For example Y-Guy.

Personally I will focus exclusively on length for now. If I can add three more sets of hanging with the time otherwise spent on girth, that might be exactly the amount of hanging I need to gain well.

If however a person has really good time and is able to both hang for long hours and do girth work as well I would go for it.

The only comment I have is that once you’ve reached a certain amount of weight with the hanger (the weight that brings about fatigue), you won’t be able to do anything extremely effective manually. The tissues will be conditioned and NEED that weight to make any significant progress. If you can pull with 10 lbs of force, and your weight with the hanger is 20, you probably won’t be doing enough to cause fatigue.

Why not just hang in the evening? Reaching fatigue twice throughout the day by splitting up your sessions is highly effective.

I think I will try to make myself some sort of ADS.

The purpose of the added stretching would be to maintain fatigue between hanging sessions. My hands can easily stretch harder than the hanger. Hanging at 12-13 lbs now.

The benefit of the hanger in my opinion is longer time under tension and the ability to multitask. I think the weights will at least have to cross 30 lbs before the hanger starts stretching harder than my hands.

I could always hang in the evening, but due to privacy issues it is more difficult than I`m able to deal with at the moment.

If I was you I would stick to hanging it’s enough stress and maybe add some light force stretcher during the day. I wear a 3oz ads which is not a lot but it keeps me extended through out the day in between sets.

I’m not sure I could list five of them.

I’m trying to get an hour of hanging in a day from next week, Do you think The vac Extender would be good to wear a further hour or so then using an ADS?
