Did anyone combine a dedicated stretching routine with hanging?
I`m currently hanging six set straight out with a pulley 7 days a week. I`m also doing piss-pulls and stretches whenever I find the time.
I was considering adding a more dedicated stretching workout to my routine. 6 sets of hanging early in the day and a stretching routine in the evening.
I was thinking maybe DLD-blasters or V-stretches(have not tried those consistently).
Any experiences or suggestions?
