Calling all hangers - have I messed up?
I’ve been hanging for around one month using the bib hanger, I have been hanging 5.5lbs 3 x 20 mins per day, plus use of an ads for around 3-4 hours.
For the last week and a half I have been slacking due to holidays (vacations), I only managed to wear the hanger for 5-10 mins every other day and some days I missed totally, but I did manage to wear the ADS for around 45 mins on some occasions, though if there was a day I totally missed, I would have been stretching manually every chance I got for at least 20mins per day, there was always some form of stretch happening on the penis, was this enough to stop healing totally?
My question is this, have I totally messed up all the hard work I have started by not hanging for the same amount of time over this holiday time? Has my unit had time to heal all the micro tears I have created? Should I have stuck to a min of 1 hour per day?
Will I find it harder to hang now? Should I up the weight straight away to “shock” the penis back into micro tear mode?
I have been at the same weight for ages, I decided to up it, I am hanging 8.25lbs as we speak and I can hardly tell the difference, I don’t know why, but it seems lighter than the 5.5lbs, whats going on?
