Calling all hangers and ADS guys
We are looking for stories on guys that hang and us ADS.Let us know the device you are using for how long if you do it every day or when you can get to it.Tell us your gains or lack of gains and why you think you gained or why you did not gain.
This thread is wide open to everyone and everyone will have different view on stuff but we can take what has work for everyone or most and put it in a top ten thing to do that worked for almost every one.Also put in the rate of time before you saw your first gains and did gains stop or keep on for months after that.
This is purely a research thread an if we could get on of the science guys on here that good whit statistics to help out at the end if it goes well then maybe we can see whet the number look like on certain things.
So remember put what you use how you like it and how long you do it for and how much weight use.
How long before first gains.
If there is a science guy out there who knows how do this better let me know and we will do it your way.You can put the reason you believe why you did it the way you did it no one will bash you on hear they may disagree but it will be civil and you must include the persons whole post to disagree so that nothing can be taken out of context that is the only rule on this thread. Let the reader of the thread see both full arguments so he can make a more detailed decision on the topic. Hope every one has fun with this.
