Was just curious as to who has been hanging, and for how long, with what sort of results. I have been hanging now about 3 weeks. I am up to 4-15 minute sets with 10 lbs. I finish off with a 15 minute pump session between 5-8hg. 5 days on 2 days off. Haven’t mesured yet , but there is definately a difference with a longer and fuller flaccid size. Before I started was 6.75 x 5.75 going of course for the 8x6. So for the hangers, some feed back please………

Been hanging on and off for over ayear with a homemade hanger. Recently bought a Bib starter. I am hanging 5 days a week now, 3 sets 10 minutes each. Have broke a plateau I was on using it. Have gaines 1/4 in past three weeks or so.

Have been using a homemade hanger off and on for 3 months now…have gained about 1/4 inch. Have not been on steady routine as of late, but starting up once again!

I swear I'm going to stop at 8... ok maybe 8.5 :D

Be diligent to your routine in the first few months. That is when you will gain the fastest. I put on 1/4” in the first month of hanging and that was with around 5 lbs. for an hour a day, about 5 days a week.

Starting: 5 BPEL x 4.5 EG on 4/19/03

Latest: 6 BPEL x 5 EG on 2/17/04

Goal: 7 BPEL x 6 EG

HI GUYS , Im useing the WENCH Hanger now going on 5th week, 4 - 20 min sessions at 10#s with breaks inbetween , looks like Im gaining , Question is I thought you were not supposed to pump after a hanging session, ANY COMMENTS THANKS STEEL


I wouldn’t actually call myself a hanger - yet. I haven’t hanged more than a few hours total, in my life. I have a Bib Starter, the Captn’s Wench and a modified version - the MCW (“mini captn’s wench”). I plan to start hanging intensely in the near future (plagued by time/privacy issues at present).

Manually, I’ve gained about 1” x 1” - erect, which translates into a lot more penile volume.

Hey Steelbender, not really sure about pumping after a hanging session. I just thought it was another way of stretching the ligs, only straight out instead of BTC, also a nice pumped feeling on the old boy…..Any feed back would be appreciated….BIB or Captain what do you think. By the way I am using the Captains Wench and it works great……

Its going on one month now with a homemade hanger. I hang 2 on 1 off and have been hanging 3, 20 minute sets. Started with 5 and quickly moved up to 8lbs. I am going to try to hang with 10lbs tonight. Have tried almost every PE technique and hope to stay consistent with hanging. The only results I’ve had has been base and head girth. No length gains.

BPEL 6.5
EG 4.5 mid shaft but base and head are 5.0
Goal 7x5.5

I’ve been hanging, on and off for about a year, but really back into it for the past 2 months. I hang in 4 sessions, at the same time each day, 2 days off. 2, 20-minute sessions @ 15 lbs, 20 minutes @ 20 lbs and finish off with 10 minutes @ 10 lbs. I have a Bib Starter. Have gained a half inch but can’t contribute it all to hanging since I do 45 minutes of manual and V stetches each day and 20 minutes of jelqing. I also statrted using a Homedic band and cable clamp about 2 weeks ago



Started hanging with a 10 pound weight attached to a Captn’s Wench about a month ago.
I’m up a full 1/2” in erect length and am now at the magic 8” bpfsl mark… I’ve also managed to
add anywhere from 2.5 to 5 pounds with no ill effect… I’m hanging for an hour a day, maximum.

Congrats on your results: you really should enter your measurements into the PE database.
Seeing my own results there has been quite encouraging for me.
