First day hanging and it felt pretty good.. Got a little pain due to probally not having my wrap tight enough, had a little skin pintching. Other then that I felt a good stretch inside of my penis something I have never felt with manual stretches.. I did 2 sets of 10min with 5 pounds, I want to work up very slowly so I can get used to wrapping and just the over all feeling of hanging. I did 5min hot wrap before and after also.. My penis didnt react bad afterwards stayed a little larger flaccid then it would normally so I’m guessing everything went well!
What are your starting stats?
By the way, I usually am hanging when I am on Thunder’s Place…I am right now. Been at it for almost a year. I have gotten great gains in length. I need to work more on girth though.

I just broke out my Bib Hanger to start alternating days of wrapping for shaft girth with days of hanging. :)
Yah i would have to say breaking out the hanger is a good feeling, just got to stick with it!!!
