I’ve looked all over, but can’t seem to find a definitive answer. I know this will be very subjective and most likely difficult, but please try to put into words the following:

Define the feeling of “fatigue” as it applies to pe.

You know how when you work out really hard, maybe after a long lay-off? Maybe your muscles are sore, maybe not, but they feel weak and worn out? That is fatigue.

For me sometimes it’s a tingling sensation in the area at the base or lig connection points.

Not a burning sensation but a soreness which isn’t uncomfortable.

Fatigue from hanging is more related to lig stretch rather than shaft soreness you get from a good bend or squeeze routine.

Not to be confused with the feeling related to the tightness of the hanger while (post) hanging.
