Best Method/Device For Limiting Pain At The Attachment Point In Compression Hanging?

My penis is able to handle much more weight than I can bear the pain at the attachment point. I know this because I can pull on my penis and apply probably over 80lbs of force in manual stretches and it doesn’t cause any pain but when I try hanging even 20lbs with the compression hanger it pinches and burns and hurts at the attachment point. The actual internal tissues of the penis are completely fine.

Is there a compression hanger that is better than the others for reducing this?

A wrapping technique?

Anything?

Some hangers have elaborate shapes inside that are supposed to grip the internal structure of the penis better. There are various styles of wrapping. Some people use silicone sleeves.

My first attack on the problem would be to use more layers of wrap.

Once you get over 20 pounds, you also may also run into problems with your glans; bruising or blistering from the pressure on trapped blood.

One technique recommended by users of Bib’s hanger is to change the "toe" angle so the hanger grips mostly on the dorsal, or top, area of the shaft. It appears to only work well with some users.

IT’s not about the amount of layers of wrap, as long as it’s not "too thin" of course. What I do to minimize pain is the following:
- I pull my uncircumcised skin all the way back.
- I place a very tight first layer of wrap. Very tight but not tight enough that circulation would be compromised. It is important that the skin under the wrap is not folded over itself at any point. This wrap is best if the material is somewhat elastic, for it’ll make the process easier.
- I then place a second wrap layer, also tight but not as much. Just firm enough so that it won’t slide over the other wrap.

That should make things comfy enough. Most of the pain with my setup is because of skin folding over itself. However I’m not using compression, but a different noose-like attachment. I think I have some pictures of my "diy hanging device" in my thread "progreso".

What are you guys using for wrap?

Theraband? Strips of cotton from a pair of clothes? Soft leather? Ace bandage?

I had this really nice T-shirt, kind of "spandex" like material. Very comfy, very soft. I cut it and it turned out to be the best to have against my skin, then I second wrap with a cotton piece of shirt.

The "spandex" like cloth can be placed very tightly and then it accomodates without folding the skin under it.

First year sock and cable clamps 500 hours 1.5-2 hours daily, gained 1/3 and in

Over three years Bib starter, log is on bibforum in log section, many pages. Pictures in picture section. Spent so much time ,effort ,energy trying to get wrapping technique, hanger , attachment point fatigue eliminated . At the peak weight hung 31 lbs for four months. 31 lbs 2-3 sets then reduced weight. Gained 0.25 inch girth and no measurable length.

Still do compression and a few months ago started vac hanger. Getting in more time everyday, less poundage but moving up slowly. Most hang is 15 lbs. 13 bs consistent reduce to t ten then eight.

Have you increased length? If so what is working for you?

Between 2018 and 2022 I did lots of hanging, pumping, and extending. Never thought I gained any length or girth. Always seemed to measure the same. But took a break between July 2022 and January 2023 and noticed I had lost an inch in length in the pump. Not sure how much of any that translates to loss in regular size. But definitely was an inch shorter in the pump. Have started back again consistently recently and have only made very marginal gains if any. I want to get back into heavy hanging because I think if any thing caused the gains it was probably that. Im of the opinion right now that gains for me are microscopic and very slow, but that with consistency over many years I will gradually make very small gains. Whereas before I was stuck thinking it didn’t work at all. Now I am hopeful, based on losing length during my time off, that with dedication i can, over the next couple decades, make some real progress.

Did you say you’re into resistance exercise? And use hormones for muscle building or is that someone else?

I dont believe in wraps. I use 2 silicone pads I formed and wrapped with theraband around vinyl trim pieces (afb).

You gotta work up to the tight as fuck setting. The big key is to tighten that fucker tight. Now bib discusses this and If i hadnt read just about everything he wroye ida never tried or believed him.

As you condition, the tighter actually aids blood flow.

Yes, at first my dick was a bruised beat up mess, but that in my opinion was just the old dick putting up a fight to be restored.
