I have two questions. I’ve checked out all videos and I’m wondering when is it a good idea to change exercises after the beginner routine? And what exercises should I do? How long should I do the beginner routine before I switch to intermediate?

It’s generally advised to stick with the newbie routine for at least 2 or 3 months.

Yeah as kooljake said but id also advise if your gaining with that routine still after 3 months then stick with it until your gains are no more then change things up a bit.

Around 3 - 4 months sick with the newbie.

Started: 15.5cm x 12cm, Now: 19.5cm x 13.3cm, Goal: 21cm x 15cm
