Anyone successful with hanging straight out?

I’ve considered adding a few sets of straight down to my routine. Any thoughts on that?

Or am I better of to focus on more sets at SO for the time being?

9 consecutive weeks with zero days off now. I’m around 80 hours. Entering a period of lot of schoolwork now with exams, so I will probably be able to get in only 2-4 sets per day, but I will remain consistent and keep stretching whenever I can.

A set of SD now and then is OK. It is after-all an angle just like any of the others and will contribute to gains.

I didn’t use any SD because what I would do instead is put my thumb on the top of my ligs and press down until I produced a 90 deg angle against the SO pull. That puts stress on the ligs on the underside but stretches them effectively. Basicly a fulcrum from an SO angle. Applying fulcrums with your thumb from any other angle will help with gains progress also.

2 to 4 sets a day should be plenty to continue gain progress. Have you picked up your rings yet?

No rings yet, I’m afraid.

I’m waiting for the autoxleeve, but it’s taking forever.

The rings I bought from you are at my parent’s house, so I won’t get them until December 20th or so. Have not had the courage to ask my mom to send me my PE equipment. :)

I’m making sure I put in a morning set or evening set in addition to my main session though, in addition to doing as many piss pulls as I can justify.

The Xleeve finally arrived.

There’s a weight cap as well, but it’s fairly heavy and I doubt I will be able to use it except when at home.

What do you guys think about the Xleeve without weight as an ADS in conjunction with hanging? Is it too little force? It really stretches out the penis in it’s flaccid state even though there’s no weight. I suppose it’s more of an advanced traction wrap.

I can probably wear it all day long though and my penis was actually warm just now when I was at the toilet, so it seems to have a positive impact on circulation. It certainly is better than nothing.

My gains are in my signature. I gained 2” in 14 months but I’ve had a customer lately that wrote me that he gained 2” in 8 months. He was putting in a lot of time but it sure worked for him.

The rings themselves don’t create the gains.

They are the insurance policy against losses when interruptions in your hanging routine ocurre. They keep things elongated to allow healing to take place while keeping the gains that are acquired from heavy hanging. My recommendation is to wear them daily, all day. What they do also is prevent plateau’s and toughening which make gains difficult.

You are exactly right and that’s why I’ve used a noose style extender from fastsize for over 5 years. It’s really helped me, and I thought about buying a lock secured with a rubber band hanging from my unit would be good for an all day ads, but your product looks much safer.

So where do I start? I screwed myself up good from clamping too hard a long time ago aside from a hellacious injury I had a year or so ago, and I thought buy your clamping device, but first more about the weights.

Where can I see illustrations of how to wear them?

How long can I wear them before I have to jelq to restore proper blood flow?

Readjust the two bolts at the bottom. The way I have my bib set up for btc won’t wotk with straight out. Mess with the bottom screw and let Us know how it Goes.

Slippage could be caused from a couple of things. One being your under wrap doesn’t grip adequately. I use J&J 2” Hurt free tape with enough layers for my Bib to get a good grip. Once that grip on the shaft is established proper tightening is necessary. I must admit it did seem to require a significant amount of tightness but it worked. You will find that your gains will be quicker if you incorporate angles to the SO position. Over the leg left and right along with SU if you can establish an eye level anchor. Add to that Fulcrums at the midpoint behind the hanger and the pelvis. create a 90deg angle to left and right OTL and you’ll see girth growth as well.

I’ve started doing straight out with my bib set up like an extender. It feels great. Im doing 40 minute sets.lets see how it goes.

Be careful about doing more than 20 minute sets. If your clamping tight enough to cut off circulation there is direct possibility that you would experience Gangrene due to starvation of tissues of oxygen. If your unit is going dark in color while your clamped up that is the indicator of a lack of circulation.
