Any major differences between different hangtimes per set?
I remember reading somewhere on here (someone quoting a paper) that there is a specific amount of time one has to put their penis under tension before
physical deformation kicks in, it was 16-18 minutes or something.
I have started hanging with 20m long sets with 10m breaks and very light weight (2.5lbs).
I have continued and due to discolorization problems, I have adjusted it a bit.
I have read many times that tissue death occurs with 17 minutes blood flow restriction (no oxygen).
20 minutes are ok with the Bib Hanger because blood flow is not fully restricted.
I am using homebrew hangers (pipe clamp and AFB3, switching between them as I see fit) and I am not going to take any chances.
Initially, I was feeling cold & I got relatively heavy discolorization.
I shortened the sets to 15m. The coldness went away, but some discol. was still present.
I adjusted again: during the 15m of hanging, when I reach the 5m & 10m marks, I lift the weights with one hand, and lightly squeeze
my glans quickly 10-15x for approx. 10s and then continue.
This completely solves the discol. problem.
I feel confident that this is the healthy way of hanging, for me!
Now back at the problem, I am unsure, whether there is a minimal duration required until actual physical deformation
is reached, like 20m (magical number!).
I know I am being very specific here and I doubt anyone can answer precisely but I would still like to know.
Especially if there are others out there, who only did 15m sets and still gained.
I am doing 8 sets of 15m, so I am reaching the 2h / day, 10h / week total hang-time quota.
Then: 6.5 BPEL | 5.5 NBPEL x 5.5 MSEG | 5.0 BEG
Now: 8.11 BPEL | 7.24 NBPEL x 5.5 MSEG | 5.0 BEG
Aiming for: 20cm+ BPEL with low EQ (= still usable for sex EQ), 6.0 MSEG & BEG!, so the goal is: 8.1'' | 7.2'' x 6.0! || My journal
