Hi everyone

I’ve been hanging since April, now I’m using 17.5lbs , I may go back to 15lbs , anyway I hang by sitting in my bed with a wood pole at the end of my bed , which has a pulley and the weights.
From it is clothes hanger rope to my hanger, I consider this straight hanging, but here and there I put a small plastic table to raise my legs, so the hanger I think goes between my butt cheeks.
I like this set up, because I can watch TV, and lie down, I wonder if I’m doing things right, but to be honest most my time has been straight hanging, but using the table to raise my legs is
comfortable too, On one hand I feel, am I getting any where, but on the other hand I feel real fatigued down there right now as I write, because I’ve been logging over 10 hours a week, And last week , maybe it was the way I did it I had the longest pressed to the bone measure I ever had at 6.5 but all have been over 6.25

I would think that it needs to be pulling at around 90 degrees to the rest of your body—- assuming that your body is in a straight line ——- before it is true BTC.

You can go beyond the 90 deg mark as well.

When BTC hanging in the standing position , and using the highest of the horizontal pipes in my attic balustrading to anchor my bungeeeeee cord, this one is higher than my dick or arse by a few inches— so just has to be “past 90 degrees”….to my fractured logic???

Or if you have one of those big lazy boy recliners with the space between the seat and the leg rest. Just put a book down on the seat to rest the hanger on.

I was confused as to how you do BTC with your legs up on a chair with the pulleys.

Try this.

Get a cheapo ironing board. Put a pillow on top and raise it all the way up.

Get the TV or VCR going.

Lie on the bed with something to prop your head or shoulders on for TV watching
comfort, while still lying DOWN horizontal on the bed. This is important. The reclining position
gives the most radical BTC pull angle.

Then, attach the hanger with whatever weight you choose. Carefully put your feet way
up on top of the pillow(s) on the ironing board and “gently” let down the attached
hanger. Don’t let it slip, LOL.

Slide down the bed (you are reclined) and put your butt out either at the end of the bed, or better yet to go get the max stretch,
hang your butt over the bed so that your two legs on the pillow are holding you up. It’s
comfy because the rest of your torso if firmly on the bed in a reclining position.

Then hang and swing weights while watching TV. The hanger will touch your balls but you get used to it. It
will go between your cheeks literally but the stretch is unbeatable.

You can elevate your hips higher and higher to get a more radical angle.
