I'm about ready to give up on hanging
I’ve been hanging for about six weeks now and I see no signs of progress. I started with three pounds for 20 minutes 2x per day, 5 days per week. Now, I’ve progressed to six pounds for 20 minutes 3x per day, 5 days per week. I feel like I’m getting a good stretch but have not seen one fraction of increase… length or girth. Any thoughts?
