Hi Everybody

I would like an advice please, i start my PE exercise 10 month ago i gained 2inches in length and 1 inch in girth. i never used hanging before, the last 2 month i havent gain any length i want to use the hanger so hopefully i start gain some length again but i dont know which one to start, what is the defference between the bib hanger and the bib starter which one is better?

The Starter is about one inch shorter in length, and a little bit shorter in height than the regular.

Which one is better depends on your dimensions. Give them to us and maybe we can help.

i used a simple routine in my exercise but i noticed that changing routine every like 6 weeks help gaining, i work 5 days and i rest 2 days every 6 weeks i take a full week off.

i do warm up 5 minutes and while iam doing the warm up i message my penis, i do 10 minute stretches every other day i pull my penis forward and with tension for 3-4 second and i release for 2 second i dont do more than 100 pull(flacid state). then i do the squeeze i get my self to 90% erect and i try to mentain a 90%erect not 60 or 70 i keep it 90%, i put my ok sign under the head of the penis and the other ok sign at the base of the penis and then i squeeze and i try to pull the 2 ok sign toward each other as closer i could while keeping a good squeeze then i do a kegle squeeze for 5 second then i release i repeat 10 times. i have a device called POWER JELQ then i use the device to jelq for 50 jelq, then i do the above mentioned squeeze 10 times, then 50 jelq, i do no more then 250 jelq and 50 squeeze total, my jelq last 5-6 second i go slow and nice after the jelq i do this stretch, Lying on your back, grasp your semi-erect penis so that the thumb-side

of

your hand is pointing towards your body. Pull your penis in the

direction of

your feet. As you get a good stretch, SLOWLY try to raise your knees to

your

abdomen. This will produce a stretch unlike any you have probably

experienced. Sit back up to release tension. i do 25 times of this

exercise. i do this routine for 4 days on the fifth day i double my exercise so 500 jelq and 100 squeeze then i take 2 days off, after 6 weeks as i said i take a full week off and i change my routine for example i add the uli squeezeand then after 6 weeks i do the pan squeeze and i drop the uli squeeze, i hope that this is a help for you try it and let me know.

You can use either one effectively. The regular will generally allow for greater amounts of weight. But the starter will hold plenty.
