A hanging question
Why is it that when I am standing up with the hanger on and weight attached that when I spend my feet apart say about 1 & 1/2 shoulder widths then crouch down or squat that my slug at the base sketches heaps.
It’s kinda like by squating that I’m releasing the insides of my body.
I can actually see and feel the internals stretch when doing this.
Any reasons why thanks?
