A few noobie concerns regarding Hanging
I have been reading much about hanging in recent weeks and hope to begin a regimen once I feel confident that I know enough about it. Some issues have come to mind that I can’t seem to find any information on and I was wondering if anybody could help me out.
I’m a fairly active person; I am on my feet a lot of the day lifting and carrying things for my job. I also exercise pretty much daily, lifting and sport. My questions are: Will the constant “shrinkage” that occurs during physical exercise have any ill effects on any results I might see from PE. For instance, I have read about the importance of hanging daily and also about splitting up the sets throughout the day in order for the penis to remain and heal in an “extended state”. Will the retraction and turtling that result from exercise cause my penis to “scar” or anything and actually shrink a bit, or prevent it from growing? Also, is the all day wrap/stretcher absolutely mandatory? For the previous reason I imagine it would be very uncomfortable to have to be constantly removing it any time I needed to carry something or run or jog up some stairs.
I really appreciate any advice I might receive on this and also all the advice I’ve received before. This place really is invaluable.
