A few noobie concerns regarding Hanging

Hello people,

I have been reading much about hanging in recent weeks and hope to begin a regimen once I feel confident that I know enough about it. Some issues have come to mind that I can’t seem to find any information on and I was wondering if anybody could help me out.

I’m a fairly active person; I am on my feet a lot of the day lifting and carrying things for my job. I also exercise pretty much daily, lifting and sport. My questions are: Will the constant “shrinkage” that occurs during physical exercise have any ill effects on any results I might see from PE. For instance, I have read about the importance of hanging daily and also about splitting up the sets throughout the day in order for the penis to remain and heal in an “extended state”. Will the retraction and turtling that result from exercise cause my penis to “scar” or anything and actually shrink a bit, or prevent it from growing? Also, is the all day wrap/stretcher absolutely mandatory? For the previous reason I imagine it would be very uncomfortable to have to be constantly removing it any time I needed to carry something or run or jog up some stairs.

I really appreciate any advice I might receive on this and also all the advice I’ve received before. This place really is invaluable.

Damn.nothing? All I’m really curious of is would it be helpful or harmful for me to hang without using any type of all day stretcher, since my penis’s size is constantly changing throughout the day?

You should never hang after doing 8 shots of NobCreek with you sister. Shouldn’t post either but you are getting all pissy so I will break my self imposed rule.

Most of my gains came from hanging and I was pretty active and non-extender wearing for most of it. So their.

Traction Wrap

If it is something that really worries you, use something as simple as a traction wrap. Just stretch, wrap with something, not too tight to cut of circulation, but tight enough to keep it stiff. Wrap starting at head, work your way down to base. Secure with tape or a Velcro strap.

Now you won’t have to worry about shrinkage, nor using a device of any sort. Although you will no doubt have a bulge which may generate stares. And if you undress at your gym or when you do sports, it may be awkward!

Anyhow, there are much better explanations of traction wrapping on the forums, so search some posts on it for better advice on materials and such.

Don’t worry about turtling or ‘healing in extended state’, it’s not how that works. The sole problem with being a very active person is that you can have an hard time finding the privacy to do your hanging sessions.

Not pissy at all-I’d just like to get started on a routine soon and seeing how as I can only access a computer once a week, coming home and finding zero replies was a little disheartening. I had run searches to no avail, so thank you for the info.

I guess I had the traction wrap and the all day stretcher confused-I thought that the concept of “all day extension” involved the use of a traction wrap. I have no problem with a bulge-sh!t, lol, who would be bothered by that? I will look into it further.

Thank you for clearing this up. I thought that turtling and healing in a “shriveled” state was the main concern. I am indeed very active but I am going to take this (PE) very seriously and will force myself to find the time to do this daily. My long term goals are relatively modest: one inch in erect length and half an inch of erect girth, which, starting off at 6 inches BPEL and 4.5 inches MSEG, would leave me at 7 x 5. However long this adventure takes, I will be satisfied in the end.

Compared to many others on here your goals are quite modest, yes, but a gain of an inch in length is not modest at all, it’s quite prominent.

Good you don’t expect way too much as some though, very possible to achieve 7x5 and good luck.

I wouldn’t call 1” of length gain as long term or final goal prominent…

Goal • 7.00''x5.75''

To each their own.

Actually, since hanging I suffer a lot less from shrinkage during sport. It has to be really cold for that to happen.

Just make sure you hang on a regular basis and have as little rest days as possible.

Eventually I am going to try traction wrapping as well. I also have some ideas about safe traction wrapping while sleeping.
