hey all finally got my extender, I was able to wear it for about a hour last night, but my glands started stinging after about a hour, is there anything I can do, was I maybe wrapping to tight or to much,

Did it slip to where it was in contact with the glans, or was just pressure causing it? You may have to take it off for a few minutes every hour or so, especially when starting out. At a decent tension, it’s unlikely you’ll be able to wear it much over 2 hours without a break anyway.

I did use one for months daily and never could wear it for much longer then an hour.
I think if you can wear it for 2+ hours you are probably not putting in enough tension for gains.

You will get used to it after some days. For sure always restrap and do some short jelqs or massage in between sets. Most effective imo if one does some stretches into all directions during the pauses.
Also wearing it sometimes downward and then upward can help a bit to change blood flow.

Sounds like friction? Might mean you need a different wrap material to the skin. Plain sweatshirt material maybe.. or silicone sleeves are very neutral to skin.

Its really about finding the middle ground between keeping it tight while not cutting off skin or blood circulation too much.

There is some learning curve to it on how tight to wrap etc. It surely gets easier after some days.

yeah I was using thuraband, I was able to wear it for a hour again, it might also be that I need to get conditioned to it.

Is the extender to tight if the head gets cold? I have the noose style and currently not wrapping.. I’m still in that learning curve

If it happens within minutes then yes.

After some time its normal to get cold as circulation is impeded. open shortly and re-strap then. maybe needs short massage too.

Wrap your unit imo its most than necessary. Especially if you are uncuted. You need to expend some time trying the best way to wrap you little mate. And on the learning curve try to focus not on how much tension you need to apply but how to use the extender properly. Start slow and after get used to wear it ,yes you can apply more tension.
