What Is Packing?

I couldn’t find an exact definition from browsing this website. Is packing about filling the pump in terms of girth, length, or both?

So packing is basically using a cylinder that you can barely fit in girth wise ?

More commonly you outgrow the cylinder you are using for your PE sessions, but you could buy one that is close to your size. As your girth increases your shaft makes contact with the cylinder walls. Once the shaft has firmly contacted the walls, the vacuum in the cylinder does not have direct impact on that part of the shaft.

Theoretically as more of the shaft is in contact with the cylinder, the vacuum forces are no longer impacting girth, so the vacuum forces are more concentrated on the glans which impacts length. One needs to keep the penis shaft well lubricated to reduce friction and allow the shaft to slide lengthwise.

One also needs to pay attention to the glans as blisters and petechia may form more easily.
