Although (or because) I read a lot of threads concerning the tension for using an ADS extender, I am still really confused of what to do.

So my question is: How much force do you use and how succesfull are you with it?

Do you stretch it to BPSFL, BPEL or even less?

Hey man, I have used an extender off and on for years and have gotten some pretty good gains. My general rule is to stretch 0.25” above BPEL, but that all depends on how well my penis is cooperating that day. A good warm up is critical. Sometimes I have to ease into the stretch, especially during the first month. Then after that I am pretty set at stretching 0.25” above BPEL. From there, I keep that stretch until I can consistently see 3 or 4 tick marks on the spring end of my extender. When I am able to see 3 or 4 tick marks, then I lengthen the rods on my extender so I can’t see anymore tick marks. I continue this method and usually start seeing measurable BPEL gains in about 3 to 4 months of wearing the extender for 5 to 8 hours a day.

So also for me, as a beginner, you suggest to do what you said?

I am just asking because I am a little afraid to strengthen it already in the beginning.

But if you made good progress that way in the beginning, I will start just like that.

I did not use the newbie routine at all. Mainly because I think hanging/strechting is more effective.

Besides that there are a lot of guys who gained just by using an extender without the newbie routine..

As a first effect from over 1 week of extender use (4-6 hours a day), girth, especially the base, got bigger, erections got better and my BPEL got a little bigger probably because of that.

Yeah, I still suggest stretching at 0.25” above BPEL. Also, incorporate some jelqing and be sure to do a good warm up.

BadaBoom. Nailed it! When I first started almost three months ago, I couldn’t do a flaccid stretch beyond my erect length. Now It stretches 1/2” beyond. And that is where I take the extender to.

Ok, thx guys. I will follow your advise and hopefully see some results in a month or two.

Ease in to the stretch though. In the beginning, you might not be able to stretch that far and don’t force it. Too much tension can lead to blisters on the head of your penis.

To start off, warm up and measure your BPFSL. Then, use that measurement to set the length of your extender.

I use the Vac-extender from monkeybar, so I cant adjust it that easy. I will stretch slowly to over BPEL just by feel, I guess.
