Pumping And Extending Combo

So I’ve recently changed my routine a bit and find it’s getting some results, so figured Id share the routine:

I currently pump with a Leluv auto pump attachment on my Leluv cylinder for 30 min at 5-6hg and then my Forte+ for about 4 hours, taking a 5 min break to flush in fresh blood and then end the session with another 30 min pump to keep me extended during cool down and transport in fresh blood and healing factors. I do this 5 days a week.

What I’ve found is, the pump session primes and shock loads the extender session and I’m much more pliable and stretchy in preparation for my extender session. I also feel there’s some protective benefit for the tissues going into the extender plump and full of blood from the pump.

Once I remove the extender during break, my junk comes out especially thick, instead of skinny and stretched looking like it did when just extending alone. Also, when I was just extending without the pump previously, I was developing a pale ring around the base of my glans from what I feel was from blood restriction from the vac bell sleeve, which the post workout pump session seems to have helped alleviate some by “reinflating” some of the restricted vessels from during the extending session and getting blood back to the area.

An added benefit, the vac bell sleeve immediately after the pump seems to mitigate some of the discoloration from pumping. Putting pressure on the area immediately after the pump seems to counter the effects of hemosiderin to some degree. I believe the combination of stretch medically and laterally helps break up the staining and pressure from the bell sleeve helps allow the body to reabsorb the hemosiderin more effectively. I had just been pumping without extending for a period and the skin discoloration was getting very noticeable and wasnt going away, but after adding the extender back into the routine, it’s definitely returned to a more normal color.

At the end of the day, I finish up with about 300 jelqs in the shower after I hit the gym and then try to do Fowlers (BTC) the rest of the evening to stay extended and keep the flaccid long for as long as possible before bed.

I gained about .25in in in length with this method in a little over a month and my girlfriend has definitely noticed, mentioning I feel longer and thicker and has actually asked, “Has your penis gotten bigger?”

Def a great feeling and motivation to keep pushing onward and that the routine is working! There definitely seems to be a good synergy working between the two and I have a feeling that the radial and medial strain during the same sessions and immediate blood and healing factors to the tissue post workout has helped with the more accelerated growth.

I’m doing kind of the same thing in a different fashion. In the past I’ve always alternated between pumps and extenders. Every time exclusively. Always based on whatever fad my mind gravitated towards at that particular time (wanting girth or wanting length). But I’ve recently added extending to my pumping regimen, 2-6 hours/day 4 days/wk. I’m hopeful the outcome will meet expectations. I’m no expert on any of this, but the idea that creating micro-tears through extending and then rushing blood to the site at the end of the day seems like a recipe for growth. The difference is that I cannot pump at any time before extending due to the fluid buildup causing uncomfortable pinching in the extender. So I can’t experience the “pliability” you’re speaking of.

I tried pumping before extending, but I would typically get worse edema behind the glans. I usually wore my extender to work pointing up. I think it might have been from the waistband of my pants putting pressure in the wrong spot.

Now Years of Protocol

I have followed a protocol of mostly a preliminary (heated) pump session, followed by an ADS stretch for a period of time, at least for the cool down period. If time allows I will add a heat pad or even red light/NIR to the stretch period, then a cool down stretch period. Although not as religious as I started in the early stay at home Covid days (see my progress reports, etc), I still think that a pump session, with heat, followed immediately with a stretch can result in gains. It did for me, although I did combine with a few other more experiments things! My thinking and observations are:
-using up to an hour, maybe ideally less, of 20 minute sets of a reasonably low level pump is a great start (if you get a donut, you’ve over done it);
-during the breaks between sets, 20 or so relatively gentle jelqs can’t hurt;
-then into the stretch, I have used Size Doctor (I thought perhaps best stretch but then started to get blisters) and now a high quality and modified rail-type device;
-these days a Total Man pad while in stretch, or a good red light/NIR device;
-on completion a great, and thick, hang.

I have varyingly used a passive stretch thereafter (sleeves of various sorts) though of late will often grab my shower and use a Bathmate to pump up a bit again (I notice the Bathmate hits the girth differently for me), followed by a relatively loose-fir rubber ring to keep things a bit full. I have not been gaining length of late, but the girth is slowly increasing/solidifying. I also notice the post-stretch look often shows the veins popping nicely.

Tried that twice. I ended up getting a blister on both attempts. I think I’m gonna stick to extending, then pumping

I just added a Bathmate to my extending routine three days ago. I pump for 15 minutes in a hot bath, then dry off and go into an extender. It gave me about a 1/3 of an inch extra in flaccid stretch length. Meaning my extender then holds me at that length for the rest of my session. I can’t wait to see the results after a month.

Djvynz I recently have gone to pumping with an L.A.Pump followed by extending with the Phallosan Plus.

I started incorporating Pumping end of May 2023 so I am about 2 months in on the Pumping.

I noticed about two weeks into Pumping that the Phallosan glans bulb was getting too small so I went up one size.

Then about a week later the Phallosan Sleeve became unbearably tight so I went up a size in the Sleeves as well.

Getting into the bottom white base of the Phallosan Plus after a pumping session over the last month(1month in) takes a little “catty cornering” and “finingling” with me stretching my penis a bit to thin it out in order to get it into the bottom of the Phallosan Plus base.

I take all of the above from going up in the Glans bulb size to going up in Sleeve size to now having to finagle my way into the base of the Phallosan Plus as signs of some girth gains.

I wonder though if a point of time will eventually come where I will no longer be able to use the Phallosan Plus due to the size of the base.

I have also went up 1 size in the LA Pump using both the Round and Ellipticals but am going to try only using the 2 Elliptical sizes this upcoming month of August to see if any changes in results.

I like your method of following your initial Pump and Phallosan Plus erector session with a 2nd Pumping session.

I am going to copy that into my routine starting today.

My routine as of end of May 2023 is:

***#1): LA Pump 15 minutes using the hush pump which goes from 355 down to 305 and back up a couple of times during the 15 minute session. The 355 is equivalent to a 10. Not sure if the couple of drops to 305 then back up again to 355 is good or bad but I feel good as the length jumps up a few centimeters when the pump inflates back up to 355.

***#2): Phallosan Plus extender for 3-7 hours depending if I am working in the office 4 times a month or working from home. Lower hours are in the morning before working in the office or evening after getting back from the office.

***#3): Healing sleeves to keep it at a comfortable 5.5 to 6.5 inches. I use the LG Hanger Healing Sleeves. I use a long spandex sleeve(from Total Man) on my penis then place 3 of the blue healing sleeves over my penis with a little bit of space between the 3 sleeves with my spandex sleeve then being brought back over to cover the healing sleeves (the spandex sleeves are long). I have to be careful which work pants I wear 4 times a month into the office because depending on the dress pants worn the bulge from the healing sleeves may be too noticeable and therefore inappropriate in a work setting. If I am out and about at the store etc. I am wearing blue jeans and the bulge is “just right” and a bonus as I have seen women taking a peak on occasion.

My goal right now is girth.
That is why I am only going to use the 2 sizes of Elliptical pumps starting here in August and the reason why I will be copying you with a 2nd session of Pumping after my extender session.

My use of the extender is really hoping to maintain my length gains *but* if it results in any additional length gains I will happily accept.

I find that pumping first before the Phallosan Plus is better because it allows me to hold the larger sleeve for the duration of the multi hour session very tight with no slippage at all.

I also like the idea of going into the Phallosan Plus after the Pumping as it is a bit of a warmup to me. And during the extender the penis is nice and thick rather than the former stretched taffy look of using an extender without a prior pumping session.

I find the key is to not over do the Pumping because edema or donut rings make the subsequent use of the extender less than ideal and/or less than comfortable so I constantly monitor from 10 minutes to 15 minutes when I am in the pump and have on occasion cut the pumping session short at 12-13 minutes if it looks as if some puffiness is accumulating towards the top.

I also really like to combine pumping and extender, but my routine is as follows:

Before starting anything, I always warm up well and manually stretch, then I start with an hour extender, then an hour of rest, then I start with 15 minutes of moderate pumping and finally add a silicone ring for 30 minutes.
This is my routine that I do throughout the week.
