Hi guys

I just bought and extender from the local adult shop. It’s calexoctics brand so nothing fancy but same premise.

I’m wearing t for the first time right now and want to wear it for a couple of hours today. However I’m uncut and my foreskin keeps coming up toward where the strap hold my gland which causes my dick to slip out of the glans strap.

Is there anything I can buy from Walmart today to wrap around blew my glans area to stop my foreskin from creeping up and causing my dick to fall out of that strap? I’d like to wear it to work today so I’m looking for immediate solutions or ideas.

I have an ace bandage wrap- could I use that? Or I think I’ve read about guys buying something from Walmart like a rubber strip and wrapping that below their glans?

Any help would greatly appreciated! Also general rule- how far should I stretch initially without overdoing it and for how long? I know I should work my way up..

So I ended up using an ace bandage wrap around the top half of my dick up to under the glans and that’s definitely helped with slippage so far. Seems like I’ll have to check on my glans often as the strap is tight, and has to be to help my dick for the stretch.

So for all you guys that have used an extender before what am I supposed to be feeling?

I feel a minor burn around where the strap under my glans is, probably because of the pressure and minor friction of it being held by the strap. Is the shaft of my dick supposed to be feeling a stretching pressure? I don’t want to initially overdo it so I’m looking to eat a fee for the sensation that I should be feeling before I crank the tension rods too high just to feel something. Should I be sore after my extension period?

How long can you stretch your flaccid by using your hand ? Of course without using exessive force. You should go for the same length in the extender. Put in/take out as many rods as you need to achieve the same length, then put it on. Push in the springs (if you have an extender with springs) and mount your penis so that the head almost are in front of the front piece. In that way, the noose or strap are pulling somewhat «downwards» to keep your penis in place. Then you release the extender and feel the stretch, and if you want more stretch, you’ll adjust the screws.If you put together the extender so that the noose or strap is pulling «through» the head, then the extender is to long. There should be a pull downwards to keep the penis in place, and a pull forward to stretch, without pulling the head off.

When you get gains, you may want to screw the screws so long that they almost gets unscrewed. Then its time to put in more bars. A half-inch bar should do the trick, and if the extender set doesn’t include one pair, they can be bought relatively cheap on ebay.

About the foreskin problem, I can’t help you with.

You should take steps in the beginning when it comes to how much tention and time per session, and not go to the max at day one.

Use steps for at least a couple of months before using max stretch for up to two hours per session, before break with some jelqs and massage to get the blood flow going.

If you use the above mentioned tip on keeping the head almost in front of the front piece, the noose or strap doesn’t have to be so tight to keep the penis in place, allowing for more blood flow and therefore longer sessions.
