Uncut Stretching Experience

Hey guys

I’m uncut and my stretching is so inconsistent in terms of feel. My foreskin definitely makes it tough to feel in the ligs sometimes, and other times it feels ok. I always rollback the foreskin. However my question is this: do any of you uncut guys have experience in going from having issues with length stretching due to being uncut, to finding a way where you can feel the stretch deep in the ligs?

It seems hard not to lose grip even with the foreskin rolled back towards my base. I do feel a stretch but just how much do you feel in your ligs when you get a good uncut stretch?

Any uncut advice would be great! Thanks!

BPEL: 6.4 x 5.5

BPEl: February 2020. 7.2 x 5.5

I put the thumb on the head (uncovered), it pushes a bit of blood above and makes a nice grip. Also, it stretched the head a bit (+3mm). I can’t grip lower, too slippery. It works well for me in all directions, but 100% downwards is harder and requires to crouch, legs spread, back bowed, to get the wrists in the right angle.

Baby powder works for me

Its all about time and practice just stick with it and not give up. For me the toilet paper does the work. The V grip helps a lot, you can look at my thread.

Dont worry if you cant feel the stretch at your ligs it doesnt matter. Practice, practice, practice. Now i can hold a stretch for 4 mins without lose my grip.

I agree with Gentlepsychopath, I am uncut, until 14 year old I had phimosis, but one day it desapeared (I don’t know why), and I have the skin but no sign of phimosis, if there is skin till at the mid of glans pull it back and I just do an ok grip with my fingers then with a toilet paper around my glans do the stretch.

Qntrnar- I tried your thumb on the glans technique just now and it seems to give me a deeper stretch feeling inside my body when pulling straight out!
Does anyone know if pulling directly from the glans could be risky? I’ve always gripped below the glans because I wasn’t sure.

Also I’m about to start another topic on a stretching technique idea I just had about a possible laying down stretch. I’ll be posting in about 5 mins and feel free to share your thoughts!

I pull directly from my glans or at the start of my glans, the rule “pull one inch below your glans” is for jelqing. Just not make your grip too tight. Dont worry if your glans turn a little purple or change colour after the workout, you can edge right after to push some blood in or use heat.

I have used a paper towel on the head with the skin retracted fully and pulling directly on that. Just don’t make the mistake I did and try to hang that way. Worked fine for me for manual stretching though.

Gains4Gains Maybe it depends on penis and hand shapes. I stretched quite intensively since june, 1+ hour daily with very few rest days. I’ve got a blister for a day but nothing else. All grips are risky, you have to try as many micro variations as possible, not just pulling like a machine, and be attentive to your sensations and internal warning messages.

Its almost impossible for me. I haven’t trained length because of this issue. I am planning to make a bib hanger of some sort because I believe that is the only way. Except for hanging from the glans but I don’t like that feeling. I need the whole penis to stretch.

With manual stretching when you pull from the start of the glans and stretch, you stretch the whole penis and the tension is transferrent in the whole shaft in a more efficient way in my opinion. Thats why manual stretching is more intense. Do this with maximum tension but not high force for a good amount of time under tension and you can have amazing gains.

I don’t think having a foreskin would hinder stretching at all. Even in my case, I am cut and currently restoring, if I hold it wrong the ‘mobile skin tube’ will take the force instead of the internal structures.great for foreskin restoration but terrible for PE stretching. One thing I do is engorge a bit and trap the blood in my grip. Evenly distribute the clamping force. It gives me a. Solid grip to pull with.

sure it is man, in my way of vision when you pull with skin you won’t pull all your penis.

Português/BR: Claro que sim, em minha visão quando vc puxa com a pele vc deixa de puxar toda a parte interna do pênis. Não sei se vc tem fimose ou algo do tipo, mas teste aí vc, quando vc puxa com a pele vc não tem o mesmo tamanho de esticamento quando o faz sem puxar com a pele.
