I always thought with anything relates to enhancing your penis etc it is always “Less is better.” It’s like overworking a muscle. It won’t grow if you do too much and refuse to rest.

I really do hope mainstream urology continues to investigate the techniques we all espouse.

I genuinely believe that vacuum pumping during adolescence would be a viable therapy to treat micropenis. But there’s so much stigma attached to what we all do, science seems reticent to even test the hypothesis.

The only reason it’s looked down on is because people are uneducated. For some reason the majority of people think anything to do with a penis is somehow vulgar, taboo or a joke. No one tells women breast implants aren’t needed. I have always heard the phrase “If it makes you feel more confident. Then do it.” That phrase is never said to men who want their penis to be bigger. It’s just an eye roll, and usually followed up with “It doesn’t matter.” Having large tits don’t matter either but women get the implants and even ass implants.

Wanting to make something about yourself look better in your own eyes shouldn’t be looked down on.

Most men just want their dick bigger, we aren’t putting thousands of bucks in to have a fake ass.

Is it possible to read the paper in its entirety? I would just be interested to know what tension strength were they using?
Does anyone here use the RestoreX, that could comment on that? Or does it work on some other basis of measurement, like bar length?
Would be nice to know if there was some “magic number” in terms of tension, that could indeed produce results with less time under tension.

Buckfever uses it I believe. He runs as much tension as he can stand for one, sometimes two hours a day.


Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I use my X4 with A VacExtender mod kit for about three hours a day at about 800 grs. I have been doing it in one or two sessions. I will now try three one hour sessions. My glans start to feel sore after two hours so one hour will be better on my glans.

This is encouraging.

In my humble opinion you are indeed treating the subject with a magic mindset approach, trying to find the holy Graal of extenders combined to hangers and multiplied by vacuum tubes.

Tension alone dont produce results. Even hanging 40 pound you need a minimum time under tension.
Some people succeeded hanging, others with pumps. Both seem to apply higher tension for les time but i think the variability of tension to be applied is full spectrum from 2 pound to 40…

I fear you will have to know your own body and see how it responds.

Mine responded bad to 13-14 pound hanging 4 set a day. Was a massive beating, strong pull, and not few hours a day considering all the setup needed to hang with grip type hangers.
After 3 months i gained 3milimitres and several thrombosed veins, and a semipermanent swell that lasted another 4-6 weeks.

Right after hanging I switched to extender, 600-750 grams for 9 hours a day, also 3 months, 10 milimitre gains, healthier penis.

Landon Trost…that’s the guy doing my vasectomy reversal. Maybe I can talk him into a free extender!

He advocates Xiaflex with his extender to break down the collagen. Anyone used Xiaflex?

Haha :D It might be true, that I’m hoping to find an easier route, than the one I have now. Been doing 4-7h a day on something between 900-1200g tension for 11 months now, which is essentially as long, and as hard as I can. I have had some results, but it has not been easy.

I recently injured myself, due to what I presume is either too much tension or too long time under tension. It would be nice to find a way to stretch shorter sets at a lower tension and still get results.

I don’t use the Restorex device, I’m using a noose type extender but yes I’m running high tension and shooting for ~ 10 hours per week. Note that the Restorex device design is such that it has a unique clamp so that higher tension is applied compared to regular extending.

I would like to try the Restorex but at $500….
