Looking to buy an extender

Due to some consequences I cannot jelq and pump for a few months, so I am looking for an extender to buy. I’d like to buy the MaleEdge Pro Penis Enlargement System. Is this an OK extender?

Autoextender offers a decent quality extender (KR) for about $85.

Are the vacuum based extenders better than the regular ones? I would have never though that I would be buying one, so I am completely lost here.

In my experience regular noose style extenders work best. I’ve had slow but steady progress with a cheap eBay extender but if you can get a better quality one you definitely should. From what I hear MaleEdge is pretty good.

From what I’ve seen from numerous other members is that vacuum style extenders often slip and lose tension quite often.

If I went to buy another extender today I would definitely not buy a ebay one. Autoextender KR seems the best in price/quality.

Im also a fan of oldschool noose style extending, but I never tried vacuum one.

I’m new here and have the same question, I see on their website that the autoextender is only 29.99 is that the right thing ? Also is it ok to wear it under a basic jean/clothes or is it showing ?

I started to use Jes Extender and after a short time of use the silicone tube (or the hole / place where it fits) seems to have
Worn out.. It keeps slidding all the time and loosing pression.
It is impossible to keep the pressure selected using as indicated by the manufacturer’s instructions.

To get around, I made a way to make a knot after attaching, using the second hole in the base.

Has anyone else had this problem with this stretcher or is it some defect in mine?

I can only recommend a vacuum-based extender.

I use the cap of the Phallosan Forte, which I bought used on ebay for half the price and there are also some cheap chinese imitations.

You can use with the belt that comes along with (stretch to the side), with some small weights attached in loose pants (to stretch downwards), or you could get a camera strap and adjust it to stretch to the upside.

Everthing that constricts your glans to fix it on a stretcher creates terrible pain for my skin and I also believe its not healthy.

I had a lot of troubles with pain and thought it was impossible to use it for long time at beginning, but now it is working good for me.

Today, for instance, I am using it since 07:45 a.m. And now is 14:30.
I had a pause of about 45 minutes on lunch time, so I am using it for 6 hours now.
I am working at home and alone today, so I don’t need to use pants at all and this makes a great difference,
When at office the pants hurts bit and I have to go at the bathroom ever one hours or so, remove it, take a time, and put it or making a massage relax.

I am a beginner so I don’t feel comfortable to give advices, but I think persistence and some hardening (callous?) take place, I don’t know.

I am using a gauze to evolve base of the gland between the silicone tube and my skin because using the silicone tube directly was injuring me and restricting blood circulate after some time of use.

Yet there are some times it still happens (You have to have a look sometimes.. Take care, because too much time without circulate may gangrened ) and I have to make a maneuver, lifting the penis from the stretcher with one hand and pressing the head with the fingers of the other hand so the blood accumulated goes out and immediately a new flood of blood start to circulate in the head. Sometimes I make this in my own desk, without going to bathroom.

Well, a did not a measure yet but I think I had some small gain now (don’t want false hopes) because the size of the extender, that was at limit of penis is no more at the limit. I am completing about 106 hour of use today.
