Hi there

Do you think this is true? Or not. (Point by point)

1. There is no way to pull ‘too strong’ with an ESL40 (flexible Bungee cord).
Cause just with the device and the bungee cord itself, you just cannot excert much force.

2. That’s why when you use the ESL40, better use the maximum tension you can make.

3. There is also no way to pull ‘too strong’ with any All Day Stretchers. They are all pretty ‘weak’.

4. You perhaps should worry about ‘pulling too strong’ when hanging with weights.
You don’t want to pull so hard that you create scar tissue.
It would perhaps mean short term gains but long term prevention of further gains. -> This whole thing is a mystery to me

5. You perhaps should worry about ‘pulling too strong’ when stretching with your hands?
There is hardly a way where you can pull harder.

6. Just a question: What are theories on how you would know if you pull ‘too hard’?

(I use esl40 since 2 months, about 14h per day. Stretching with hand hard when i go to toilet before i put it on again)
ps does anyone know what the difference between “standard silicone cup” and “reinforced silicone cup” is?)

Have you made any gains?, i have it too but stopped after a few months because i did not make any gains and it was really uncomfortable

Now: BPEL 7.7 - EG 5.4 (20Feb18)

I have been using the ESL40 now for a year, fairly regular Monday through Friday for an average of 5-7 hours per day. On the weekend when I can based upon what I’m doing.

I modified the set up with the “over the shoulder” set up to pull left or right below the belt line. I got this idea from looking at, I believe, the Phallosan set up that used a “ring” as a fulcrum at the base of the penis and then pulls against the ring.

This allows an almost 100% stealth set up, as opposed to a leg strap. I get a strong stretch with this set up as opposed to straight down the leg.

I try to hang before work (3x20 minute sets in a BTC or STD) at least 75% of the time Monday through Friday, and then apply the ESL40.

I can’t say it has helped or not, but when I take it off to piss and switch directions, my flaccid hang is at least 50% longer than usual - I guess it’s not hurting my program.

I switched to the reinforced cup because I did pull out the attachment of the regular cup. The regular cup lasted 4-5 months and I have had no issues after seven months.

‘Over the shoulder, stealth’: This is extremely interesting. But i have no idea what you really mean. Could you post some picture?
(Towards the shoulder, under shirt?! Or like phallosan, around the waist - but how do you manage to modify esl40 to do this?)
-> this would be of great importance to me, cause now is winter, but in summer in shorts the leg-strap version is not doable :)

I am wondering ‘how strong’ i should pull with the esl40 / with an extender in general.
As hard as you can as long as you don’t get side effects / have to shorten time?

The inventor of the esl40 says you shall only pull softly. He says it’s nearly only about the time.
The normal esl40 cup is ‘designed to break when you pull harder’ he said.

So this is one option,
or: i can take the smaller cup and the reinforced version of it, and i can pull a lot harder.

People say with hanging big weights (how big?), it can happen that penis scars. Which leads to preventing future gains.
And that the ‘soft pull for long hours’ of extenders leads to a different kind of penis growth than hanging with big weights.

I am a bit unsure about the whole thing.
Any pointers to threads appreciated, i will of course also search and look around.

After using the ESL40 cup for 7 months I can add some feedback.

You can pull too much. Your flaccid can only stretch so much and if you try and use too much traction you will end up with a water blister. I’ve done that a couple times.

The hanger cup creates bruising and blisters with anything over 3 pounds.

Buy the reinforced cup, I’ve had it since day one and haven’t had any issues.

My last point is that you should replace the band it comes with. Mine wasn’t comfortable and kept slipping because I move around alot. I bought a knee strap that I could put the bungee on and it stays and doesn’t give me any issues.
