Does It Work As Well?

I have a simple question guys.

Do u think Penimaster Pro Extender provides less gains than for example the AndroExtender with a Standard noose or does it work just as good ?

Penimaster works as any other extender. Simply is more comfortable and have a lower max tension of 1500 grams in newer models.

Some people argue noose type extenders come with stronger springs but doing 10 hours in noose extender is literally torture
