Insights on EQ Prem. ej Size work

Sorry if this shouldn’t be posted here, first thread of mine on thunder. Maybe this should be a log. First of all thanks to everyone here. Such communities are truly a gift and I’m glad we can help each others. And excuse my English.
I’ve been reading a lot of posts here, other PE forums. I finally started PE seriously in February and was amazed by the gains I got. Haven’t measured but gained quite some girth, and a little bit of length in only two months (I did something similar to big AL jelq free routine).
Now. My EQ, for some reason, probably stretches and squeezes only for girth, got a bit lower.

I call to your help, brothers of the mighty cock council. I am testing/building a routine that targets EQ AND total ejaculation control/delay AND some size. I need your insight. I may focus more on size if it doesn’t hurt EQ and ej control.

After reading threads here and on pegym, it seems that wet jelqs, dry jelqs and kegels are go to EQ exercise. Edging too (and some people like clamping, stretching). Regular PE seem to help. Too much sometimes fatigues the dick for some guys.

For Premature ejaculation or stamina, Reverse kegel work (short r kegel with rest days, on a 2 on 1 off fashion , or longer light rk more frequently, or both.) stretches (squat, maybe glutes and hip and groins stretches, tennis ball work), sprinting/glutes work /running, penis stretches, death grip edging, start and stops, mental (anxiety, arousal control) and pelvic floor relaxation seem to do the trick. Sometimes people benefit from kegel work.

I also wonder if you can have delayed ejaculation while maintaining light/involuntary/frequent kegels.
Interestingly enough, I’ve seen a few posts that recommend RK, or 40%+ erect RK for EQ.

The problem is that RK work (and hindi squat, for example) is sometimes reported to bring down EQ (could be wrong tough). That’s why we often see a 70/30 or 60/40 reverse kegel to kegels ratio being recommended. BUT ! Some other people claim to benefit from a rk only routine even for EQ , or with very little kegels. Even if we are all different, this is interesting.
I gave myself premature ejaculation (severe to not severe or just a little bad, and sometimes I’m good) with kegels ! I had delayed ej before. So I’m cautious with them. RK seem to help me with prem. So I’m not sure about rk/k balance and EQ, rk/k balance and prem ej. Another approach for prem could be hardcore edging and relaxation , squat stretches but I don’t think it is as potent as rk + stretch work.

The routine I’ve been testing is :
Every other day
- Occasional Warm up (wonder if it is important)
- Dry jelqs, light at the moment, Short reps. 3-4 x 25-50 at the moment. Around 40-60% Erection.
-A bit of edging (3-7 min)
- ?Warm down? (Wonder if it’s important too)

I will ad:
-50 flaccid rk 20-50 erect rk. 1-3 sec. (But I’m a bit scared for EQ LOL). May ad some kegels with caution.
-Increase dry jelq work according to physiological indicators, try different erection percentage
-Test other PE exercises (stretching, jelq squeeze, lower erec squeeze later on if EQ rose.)

I chose dry jelq because I’ve read some reports of gains of 0.75-1 inch in length and up to 1 inch in girth with them + EQ improvement (heaven). Also one of the guys in the big gainers highlights made mad gains with dry jelq as his main compound exercise. The only thing I’m not sure is how fast you gain with them. Squeezes gave me some girth weeks in, and gave me gains till I stopped.
Dry jelqs seem to have already helped a bit with EQ. I would like to add 50-150 short 1-3 seconds RK on a 2/1 basis or 1/1. Some kegels weekly or every two weeks. Wonder if wet jelq are better.
I will try to see the effect of stretching on EQ, and the difference bewteen erect and flaccid RK. I will report results. If you know length work that helps with EQ, tell me please lol.

I am also very very curious about pumping for EQ + size + ej control, and later on clamping.
Any suggestions ?
