Best all day stretcher

I’ve used the phallosan forte but I would find that for whatever reason I would get an infection from it.

I’m using the quick extender pro but its actually fairly cheaply made and the cylinder keeps wearing down off the rod and I’m constantly needing to get it replaced.

My journey has been full of setback after setback. After about I month I start having issues but I shall persist.

Price is not an object. If there is a Ferrari of extenders I’m all ears.

I can’t do vaccum unfortunately.

The most important thing is that it works. So something that gets a good hold and has good resistance. Comfort is a distant second.

I just realized I have used the wrong terminology. I’m looking for an all day extender

I just moved from a successful run with Phallosan Forte to Totalman version 3.0 vacuum extender.

search for “darknight” in this forum, perhaps that with a few tweaks can be a great noose extender.

X4 is a no-go for ADS. I don’t think they’re in business anymore, either.

What kind of infection were you getting?
It seems to me that if it was working for you otherwise, it would be best to address the infection issue so you could continue.

I am a Newbie just start using phallosan forte for two months now. I need advice if anyone around have been succeed with phallosan gave his routine. If anyone can help I would apreciate it.

Infection… hmm, I would suspect it is because of moisture build up and cleaning issues of the device/penis head. I have found with vacuum extenders cleaning and drying after bathroom breaks or getting sexually excited is very important. I failed at this early on with vacuum devices and had everything from pealing to skin loss around the pee hole/penis head. Skin that has been soaking in fluid becomes soft and can get infected or just peal right off. After going to the bathroom I shake and milk out all extra fluid while using tissue to dry up anything that comes out. If I see fluid after putting the device on again I repeat the process till it stays dry.

My obsession is what keeps me going, the question is will I ever stop.

I’ve had urinary tract infection from using Phallosan, but it wasn’t the device’s / vacuum cup’s fault. It was me that didn’t take hygiene serious enough.
After that I’ve washed the protector cap every time I visit the toilet and take the device off to piss. No problems ever since. I always precum to the cap when wearing it’s extra important to wash off. Cum being high on glucose starts going rancid underneath the cap very quickly.

I wouldn’t replace Phallosan / other vacuum device because of this. After having a noose/rod type device before, from my experience Phallosan / vacuum is far superior.

Hello guys.
Thank you for the advise. I started using phallosan forte on 26 August 2022, before I found this forum Thunders. Before that I just wear my phallosan straight away, then I found this forum with guys sharing their thoughts and experience that really helps me through out my journey. This is my 3rd months with the combination of hanging for an hour a day some times 2 hours a day (3×20mins)I still have no experience with PE ,but I’ve gain few cm from what I’ve doing. I will keep up this routine few months ahead to see if could gain some more length and I will post it.

I own this and my biggest issue with it is tightness. It is very hard to strap it tight enough to were it won’t just slide off. So unless you have a very thick flaccid penis then it is going to require custom modifications.
