I am just 5 months in and considering adding either monkey bars ads and or some light
all day weights from Monty as recommended by BG. Does anyone know the best way to make
an all day vacuum hanger that doesn’t give blisters? Or what are some good experiences
and gains from all day hangers with light weights?
Have you stopped gaining from doing a manual routine? If not, stick with the hands before moving on to other things.

I really like the anchor weights. They are more comfortable to wear than anything else I’ve tried and you can wear them to get-togethers, graduations, weddings, bar mitzva’s, work, etc.You can read up on them in the reviews section.
Yeah thanks Ram I will check them out. I want something I can wear eventually all day. And something for my balls too.
But I don’t want to stretch it out too fast too soon preventing me from going heavier later on.
