Is it okay if I’ll do my Jelqing routine just as stated at the title. 1 on 1 off or 1 on 2 off? Can I have a positive gain with this kind of jelqing schedule?

I have almost been doing that same schedule On: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday / Off : Tuesday, Thursday, and the weekend.

I have seen great results from it. You can try that schedule and just amp it up if you do not see any results. Good luck.

Thanks Man! During my 1st weeks I actually do my workouts at 2 days on 1 day off, but I have this burnt feeling during the 2nd day of Jelqing. I am anxious that I might injured myself. It will be better to have a small dick than a big one which is non-functional. Is my current stats way too small?

It seems best to have a rest period to have the penis heal. That is when it does it’s growth, when it heals / your off days. I have read several “less is more threads” and they do seem to have worked for me. Make sure to read up on threads throughout the site, you will find invaluable information. Write some good information / notes on a piece of paper as well, so you do not have to go hunting for something you really liked.

From what I have read in surveys your stats are right at average. There are surveys that have shown slightly larger, but those surveys were just asking the person what size they were. Surveys that measured the individuals looks like they got 5.3” as an average length.

I recommend that schedule. ;-)

Personally, I go with 1on 1off, 2on 1off, 1on 1off
just to make it a 7 day deal.

Yeah, all the medical ones where the people were measured got an average between 5-5.9.
So I think it´s weird that this site shows us the Kinsey results. I mean, they aren´t reliable at all, because the guys just marked their penis length on a postcard, and sent it in.

You def. Grow on the days off. I do 4 or 5 on, then 2 off. But that’s only because it’s the only way I can get enough days in while I have a roommate. I didn’t notice changes between my days on, but after two days off I jumped up in size, fullness, flaccid, length. If you can make it work, I think a 1 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off, 1 on 1 off would be a great schedule.

Does it mean I can do PE exercises on mon, tue. Stop on wed. Then do it on thu. And fri?

Not much growth, however, since I started up again.

Hi Sirodelaypogi. that’s a good schedule to follow in your PE. Just continue with your routine and you’ll see more gains. By the way I’m Filipino too.

I can’t believe that there are a lot of pinoys here, only few people here in pinas do or heard about natural PE.

You’ll be fine as long as you do your routines a minimum of 3 times a week
