I have the same problem and also I cannot secure the strap tight enough to achieve the stretch I need. I stopped using the silicone sleeve they provide as it slights and the cushion the provide to cover the strap. I have not yet after almost a month managed to clock consistently everyday the hours needed.

Anyone has any advice. The vac extender modification seems to be and option but no money for that now and not sure whether it will affect any of the device’s function.

I am using the androring in combo with the white phoam pad but still it slips it is ridiculous. It us just ridiculous. I have seen his pictures. He uses eyeglasses ropes. I will go get the rope and see if it is any more comfortable. I stopped using the silicone ring and only use the foam pad with the strap. I will try wrapping the penis with some tape where the strap attaches to prevent aching and possible more tension.
