Why Are Girth Gains So Hard To Achieve

How erect are you suggesting? 80-90% for jelqs? Or are you suggesting 100%?

What about modified horses? How erect to you recommend for these? I feel that it is easier to expand the tunica if my penis is engorged rather than hard. What do you suggest?

Sounds good to me surfnitup. Seems like it’s another modification of the horse squeeze. Anyone else tried these?

I get between 90 and 100, and remember when doing squeezes do use the kegal to get extra blood to work with. With jelqs I use them to get back to 90 to 100 so I mostly jelq at 100 sometimes it’s less because a set of squeezes will cause me to lose some erection sometimes.

Does that mean that if you do a bunch of tunica stretches/OTS hanging etc. It would work to your advantage to do your girth afterwards?

My theory is you shouldn’t do length exercises while looking for girth, I did three months of just girth exercise and gained .5 inches. I was in the process of doing all length exercises, hanging a manual stretches when I hurt myself and I have been off for the last week, but I think it was working.

Me too, I can get a much better temporary girth from 80%, when it not full hard. However I never did test erect jelqing or squeezes extensively.

Yes, if the tunica is your limiting factor for length, it would be easier to gain if you have less girth. Girth gains will not hinder length gains achieved through lig stretching.

I agree with Dino. I found 90-100% erection helped my girth gains, especially when doing squeeze. After squeezing, I may lose some engorgement, but I will jelq till it gets hard on again.

As for “too hand squeeze”, actually it is very similar to Ferrari’s Mega Pump. I refer it from Ferrari’s website as follows:

Firstly, get yourself a nice 60-80% erection. Make a tight 'O' grip at the base of your penis with your right hand and slowly slide it to the head (just like a standard jelq), when u reach the head, tighten your 'O' grip and hold it there just below the ridge.

Next, pump your pc muscle HARD so that the shaft fills with blood behind your right hand 'O' grip - then take your left hand and make another TIGHT 'O' grip right at the base. Squeeze both hands very tight so that you completely trap all the blood in your shaft between the two grips. Continue holding your pc muscle tight - after about 10 seconds your penis will start to swell BIG TIME and u may even start to feel a little pain as your shaft expands. Let go of your pc muscle but keep your hands tight - with your right hand at the top of your penis, start to bend your penis downwards to further expand the (already engorged!!) chambers - in effect, you are trying to 'snap' your penis between the two grips (obviously you don't push hard but just enough to feel the chambers stretch). You may also like to stretch the penis left or right to expand those chambers too.

This whole process should take about 20 seconds from beginning to end (including the stretches). After about 20 seconds, slightly loosens your left base grip and pump your pc muscle again hard to fill the shaft back up with blood - immediately tighten your base grip again and repeat the above process.

After 2 reps of the above, your penis will be exhausted and your pc muscle even more exhausted!! (it's great for building your pc too). Keep your top grip in place throughout the exercise and focus on really filling the shaft with blood - you should visibly see the veins trying to pop out the skin just like if you cut off your forearms circulation.

When you feel the pain of the shaft filling with blood, try to stay with it for few seconds more - this is when the big gains come. As with everything, you're only get out what you put in - SO WORK HARD!

Dino, my LOT is very low, about 6:30-7:00, so I’m mainly concentrating on tunica stretch, but it is very hard. I feel I can more easily get girth gains than length gains now. My erect girth is 5”, but EL is only 6.75”. I think achieving length gain is my current priority, so do you think if I need to stop girth exercises and concentrate on length exercise?

I found the best position for tunica stretching, is a full hand on your cock and you pull it straight up. (I’m semi erect when I do this, but I can actually feel the stretch pretty good.)

That’s what I’m doing I haven’t proved my theory yet so I don’t want to tell you it will work, but lets try it and prove it either way. Don’t stop your jelqing all the way I still do some every other day for about 15 min for health, because the stretching exercises are tuff on your dick. I’m going to start again tomorrow I think if my dick gets no fluid retention tonight.

Nooooooooooooooooooooo! Make sure you are ALWAYS 100% flaccid when doing manual stretches. You can cause serious injury by stretching or hanging while partially erect.

Yeah, I think even only concentrating on length gains, doing jelqing to some degree is still very helpful, but should I stop doing some other advanced girth exercises like Horse, Uli, Bend etc to avoid making tunica stretch even harder?

I was just curious… Is the tunica wrapped around the CC’s and CS, all together, or is the tunica wrapped around each CC and the CS individually?
