Can someone PLEASE (oh god please!) tell me what you normally gain when wet-jelqing 30-min/day for about 6 months? (and yes i’m a newbie)

I wanna know if it’s worth the effort. Testimonials and stuff are welcome!

These exercises are really tireing and if someone could please help me out here and just tell me what i COULD gain from the wet-jelq, sadsak slinky, and the plumped bend in about 6 months or so……

I won’t do the clamps or any hanging…

i know everyone’s different but just a ballpark

(and YES i know that i’m not supposed to do 30 min exercises right away when i’m new) don’t worry

You could well be half way to your primary goal, I believe. Perhaps even more in length.

What if I guess at least one inch if you go on for more Stretching :) Happy? Just keep on jelqing and stretching and keep your penis away from any kind of injury, you’ll achieve it!

7 x 6 EG is perfect!

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

Youre a newbie. So NO sadsak slinkys or exotic bends yet.

Everyone is different, but i’d say an average EL gain in 6 months is around 0.25” to 0.5”.

Is it worth the effort? Yes, IF YOU PUT THE EFFORT IN.

That doesnt matter. You need to do the newbie routine to condition your dick for the intense girth exercises.

If you dont do the newbie routine, your in high risk of a badly injured dick.

Its hard to give a ballpark. There are guys like daboogies that seem to gain like crazy and there are other guys that work their asses off and only make small gains. That being said, what have you got to lose by trying?

I suppose you can expect 3/4 inchs in the length department, maybe 1, and 0.3-0.7 inchs in the girth dep.

If you’ll add some stretching, you’ll increase the length gains vastly, and condition you penis for hanging aswell!

You really won’t know until you do it. There’s no hard-and-fast rules with PE. You may gain an inch or nothing in six months. Like others have said, just start with the Newbie Routine. It’s a good basic routine to get you going. The important thing is to be very consistent with your routine. PE doesn’t happen overnight. It’s hard work and a lot of time invested. Good luck.
