Vacum-hanger/ads molding : Do it yourself

I’will let you know that I’m not an artist, technician or a professionall on it.
So I just want to share my experience to TP members.
My purpose are making a vacum tube, and replace my Jess extender head.

Here what we need:
1. Silicone rubber and catalyst
2. Resin and catalyst
3. Modelling clay
4. Plester

Let’s do it:

First I use clay and other materials to make the models.
The size are depend on your dick size, just use mokeybar’s guide on size as reference.

Put the model on a dam. I made the dam with paper.

Mix the silicone rubber and the catalyst, stir well. Pour the rubber to the models.

Let the rubber dry for 24 hrs. And the pour the plester to the dam

after the plester dry, open the paper surrounded.

Flip the mold and make a new dam. Pour the silicone rubber, i do 4 layers of rubber. And then pour the plester.

Take out the model from the mold.

Fill the mold with resin. Let it dry and FINISHED.

Let’s see the results:

OK here are the tube, and the head replacement on my Jess Extender.
Just need sanding, cleaning and drill the hole. Not bad and It works …

Good looking extender thanks for sharing your experience I’m gonna try and make one for me, because buying the real one is so expensive, especially here in Fiji because everything we buy online is in US Dollars and shipping fees are included.
