VacExtender/ADS...for ED?!? Improved Erection Quality from ADS?!

Hey guys. I just have a few questions if any of you can help me out.

I really want the feedback of people who use ADS because I am interested.

I was just wondering if any of you feel like (or know) you have improved EQ from the device? or even stretching in general? I want improve my EQ, but add length above all things.

Also, what do you guys do when your flaccid fluctuates while wearing ADS? I mean, my flaccid greatly fluctuates from day to day, hour to hour sometimes.

I don’t wear an ADS for erection quality but wearing one has sure not hurt mine

Also, what do you guys do when your flaccid fluctuates while wearing ADS? I mean, my flaccid greatly fluctuates from day to day, hour to hour sometimes.

While I’m wearing an ADS my flaccid stays stretched out and I really have no clue if it can even change at that point

I think if you overdue any form of PE it can hurt erection quality but all in all I think PE in general is mostly good for erection level and penis health.

The flaccid shrinking or not is not a problem - it’s stretched harder than the retraction (unless you are either pulling to loosely to do any good or so hard that you are retracting in self-defense, which isn’t good either).

I find overdoing a VAC-ADS seriously kills EQ. Maybe that is just me.

Its not the device - rather, its the activities you are doing that may cause better erection. Just saw a recent study that said more sex even in your golden years provide a better erection/sexual health.

Oh yes, it’s definitely “use it or loose it” for both big and little heads.

I rather have a larger little head than a larger big head :) It would make shopping for a hat much easier.

Well yes I know this, but i’m talking about just the ADS, and the “exercise” it provides. Obviously jelq provides better penile health and was wondering if the ADS could provide similar effects but just didn’t know why/how it could.


It does to a degree but herein lies the problem. The goal when stretching (or PE in general) is to reach a fatique point or enough time spent to achieve any type of PE goals. Thus, per Plump6, you will actually get less quality erection. Thats the theory but I don’t know that many people who do it to that level.

Yep.

I have a thread about EQ and doing more stretching than girth work as my EQ was in the toilet for a while.

So, do you think you are less likely or more likely to get bad EQ using an ADS, compared to regular stretch routine?


You can’t really say since everyone is so different and I’m not sure what your are talking about - regular stretch routine. Are you talking about 1/2 hour - 1 hour stretching? Time spent on PE have a great effect on quality of erection - both positive or negative depend on what you are trying to achieve.

ADS is an all day thing and typically represent a condition where you are trying to keep the penis extended for long period of time - either to condition the cellular structure or to heal in extended state. The goal is to not allow retraction, with or without doing any heavier excercise in previous session.

Again, if all you are doing is stretching for couple hours at un-noticeable level - yes I think it will improve it (conditionally - always have to put a notice, jeesh). But if you are doing 1-2 hours of heavy hanging/stretching to a fatique, then ADS’ing for rest of the day/night - then no.

I’m trying to follow what you are trying to achieve… to get a better EQ or better PE.

If you want better EQ, there are better excercises for those than what we do for PE along with natural or un-natural supplements. When I was gaining rapidly - quality erection or even an erection was hopeful dream. My Jr. was so fatiqued/tired/bruised/discolored/numbed that getting any kind of reaction from my Jr was painful.

Yes. I agree.

Sorry, invictus for not pointing this out. The study was done on people who solely used the ADS by itself.

HardHead got an eBay vacuum ADS and he said, “Strange thing is when I have taken the thing of my EQ was great, as in better then it was”. He also wore it for 15 hours on his first day!
