ADS (quantity) vs Manual (quality) stretch ??? !!!
I have decided to just do length for a time now, and I have a question.
What is better, wearing the ADS for about 3-4 hrs a day, or manually stretching the unit for 10 minutes 5-6 times a day and adding a longer stretching pass every night?
The thing is that wearing ads is not very comfortable for me. I would rather take 10 minutes of every hour and stretch it manually. Manual stretching is probably better than the stretch you get from the ads, but it is more time consuming since you cant do other stuff at the same time.
What do you guys think is better?
