I have decided to just do length for a time now, and I have a question.

What is better, wearing the ADS for about 3-4 hrs a day, or manually stretching the unit for 10 minutes 5-6 times a day and adding a longer stretching pass every night?

The thing is that wearing ads is not very comfortable for me. I would rather take 10 minutes of every hour and stretch it manually. Manual stretching is probably better than the stretch you get from the ads, but it is more time consuming since you cant do other stuff at the same time.

What do you guys think is better?

It simply boils down to your priorities. . If you have somethng important to do then the ADS is the thing to do . Since you prefer the manuall bits anyway. Well; fit them in when you can.

It’s not really something you can be advised upon, as you have too much personal attitude to worry about. And if you got twenty answers you could be sure that it would split something like 50/50

Now prove me wrong guys!

ADS & manual stretching aren’t mutually exclusive- best of all possible worlds you could do both- ADS must be removed periodically to do a dickie check, depending upon the ADS you’re using your glans will be cold- so why not pop in a little stretch and jelq at that time.

In general, the ADS has to be worn for much longer than 3-4 hours per day for it to have any noticable effects (I know from first-hand experience). The minimum amount of time necessary to make gains wearing an ADS is at least 8 hours per day.

As far as what works better - wearing an ADS for 8 hours per day or manuel stretching for an hour per day - it really varies from person to person, and there isn’t a definite answer to that question. The best way is to expiriment with both and see which method works better for you.

I do stretches plus ADS 2-3 hours per day. I am doing this more then one month, so far no gain in length, but i got a bit gain in the girth and also a bit flaccid gain and my unit looked fuller all day long.

ADS is a question of time- so if you’re getting ‘only’ 2 hours per day, it will likely take you four months to get the response that you might in one month at 8 hours per day.*

So you’re doing both stretching and ADS @ 2.5 hours per day for one month.
And?
PE is a marathon. Some guys get a fantastic newbie pop- others don’t see anything substantive for several. This is a commitment.

The fact that your flaccid package is both heavier and fuller is a Positive Indicator- the lack of which might indicate an environment counterproductive for growth.

PE is real, ADS works, stretching works- just do your routine- whatever it may be- beware of Negatived Indicators and just measure once per month.

Include a Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretched Length stat in your monthly check— BPEL depends on elements other than simple length increase to grow- hydraulics may not have caught up yet— this recent thread addresses some of the whys and wherefores..

Finally- I hate to seem like a nudge, but if you haven’ already please do read through the threads attached in this OP

*Not accounting for some possible spillover effect due to less non-ADS times between sessions.

I have in the past when I’ve been in a PE phase but I wasn’t exclusively using ADS- I’ve always been a multi-disciplinary guy*.

I’ve never been interested in taking my PE time to prove/ disprove the efficacy of any particular PE approach- as I’d only be proving how well it works for me

If you’re next question is how do I ‘know that it works’?- then I’d point you to the number of TPers that have had success with exclusive ADS.

*Now that I’m back in a PE phase, I’m incorporating ‘smore’s, hanging, ADS with piss jelq/ stretch breaks and some light night time pump/ edging to leave me semi engorged for sleeping fowfers. Everything will be done less rather than more aggressively. I am prepping for a chemical PE cycle using IGF and heavy hanging.

How do you know what works for you?

I believe that all the methods mentioned work- stretching and jelqing work, hanging works, pumping works- enough people have had success that I believe that all are viable.

I’ve gotten a positive response from each method mentioned when done sort of separately in the past, enough that I’ve chosen to incorporate them into a unified approach.

Since I’ve found a truly viable ADS method- monkeybar’s vac-extender worn with a phallosan belt- I’m jumping back into PE and striving for the 8*^ in my sig- and maybe even that 9*7 also
