erection quality and gains
Is there a correlation between erection quality and gains?
Some of the big gainers claim that they have rock hard erections, while many guys experience weak erections after having started PE’ing.
Is this simply caused by over-training? Those who gain and have full erections must be doing things right, as in working below the threshold of over-training.
I also wonder if the PC- muscle is easily over-trained, because it feel like I have no power, can’t seem to squeeze it real hard. This could be due to the fact that I squeeze it almost throughout the whole PE session, 5 days a week, so that’s almost an hour a day. My urine- stream is weak, can’t push, like reverse Kegals.
If this is the case, over-training the PC muscle could also produce weaker erections.
This is interesting IMO, because I’d think that over-training is holding back a lot of people from seeing gains.
