Thou Must Jelq Thy Unit!

I feel like such a fool! For years Ive neglected to jelq with any real consistency because I thought it “wasn’t really necessary”. Boy oh boy. That’s like not doing the bench press or not doing squats. The basics are the building blocks to added size. Be it bodybuilding or PE in this case. Jelqing is not an option. You MUST do it. Its The Law!

Last night I did my routine:

Stretch (5 mins)
Pump (3x15 mins @3-5 HG)
Clamp (3x10 mins)

Then I got the impulse to jelq (200).

Damn!

Not only was I huge last night, but Ive been that size all day!

My flaccid hang is noticeably longer, thicker, and heavier. I don’t know the measurements cause I’m waiting a month or two.

I really haven’t much else to say here fellas other than always-always-always jelq…

I did jelq irregularly (50 jelqs) whenever I forced myself to do them. I never really felt that they were necessary and never noticed anything substantial as a result. After doing more jelqs these past few nights and liking what Ive experienced thus far, I totally feel like Id be foolish to neglect them again.

Even though bench pressing sucks, I totally agree with you on jelqing :) I think it’s like some unwritten rule of PE. Well, it should be written if it isn’t. LOL!

I agree about the squats and jelqs, but I think inclines and dips beat out the bench press for chest development.

I don’t even jelq (or do anything else) to gain size. I just jelz for EQ. It’s wonderful for that.
