I was down in that range during my divorce.

Paying lawyers, not seeing your kids, riding your hike 60km a day to run off stress will do that to you.

In polite society you won’t find anyone who knows what a fat pad is, except maybe to assume it’s a cheapo tablet from china.

Nope for sure, i press to te bone but not like i’m comming suicide with a ruler.

Anyway i don’t call bs on 6 % bodyfat i was in the 8-10 % range for a period i was training :)

Because I know from experience that people are extremely deluded when it comes to determining body fat percentage and 6% is very low, professional bodybuilders compete at that percentage.

Thunders is a place of brotherhood and acceptance.

If on the otherhand you had claimed 4% I would have called.

6% is extremely low, and difficult to maintain.

I went for a period of deep muscular definition and vascularity, not entirely by plan, but as my reaction to relentless stress for nearly three years during the divorce from the mother of my children.

Training as hard as I could with weights, bike riding and soccer helped me through an impossible time.

6’ 2” 195 pounds and ripped. I look at pictures of myself then and wonder how it could have been real.

I don’t think I had a fatpad then, just a bladder!

Sorry to hear about your stress during that time! At least it got you ripped though..

To put the matter to rest, I remeasured my “fatpad” and it is 1 cm deep, or .4 inches deep pressed hard to the bone. So I have a .4 inch fatpad and will change my stats accordingly. It seems I wasn’t pressing hard enough the first time.

As for the 6% bodyfat, that measurement was obtained using a bodyfat caliper, after taking my reading (4mm) along the waisteline and following directions, it said I was 6%. I am naturally very lean, (5’8.5 and 131 pounds) and it’s virtually impossible for me to gain weight. In addition, I work out and lead a decently active life. As for my “true” body fat, I haven’t taken a water immersion body fat test, so I can only rely on less accurate measurements.

Anyway, my impression of thunders has always been that it’s a place of good faith, so I’ll have good faith that no one was assuming I would conciously lie about my “fatpad” or bodyfat or penis length for whatever reason. So let’s all get to the common mission of increasing the size of our units :)

I never said you’re lying, I said most people are deluded about their body fat percentage.

Using the caliper is good start, but measuring only on stomach is not enough. Not everyone stores fat equally in all areas. Some people have more fat in their legs, some in midsection, some on back, etc. That’s why you have to measure in as many spots as possible and then use a calculator/formula that will give you a result. I remember using a calculator that takes into account caliper readings of calves, thighs, butt, lower abdomen, obliques, chest, lower back, biceps and triceps. That’s much more reliable.

Also, keep in mind that’s subcutaneous fat and you have to add 2-5% to that number (that’s essential fat). After all that, it’s very hard to have only 6%. Because of that, even competitive bodybuilders can’t go below 4-6% even though they have virtually no subcutaneous fat. That’s why I always call out when people claim extremely low body fat percentage. I’ve also heard people in real life say they have no fat at all when they’re easily between 15% and 20%.

My fat pad is just under 1/4”, almost non existent. I have no idea what my body fat percentage is. I do know I look very lean and am always on some fat burner.

I too have a small fat pad from swimming for more than half my life. Which admittedly is not that long.. It’s great to be able to show most of my penis, though it sucks when I go for a bone pressed measurement expecting to see some large number and come up with less than a half inch difference.

As for the power of a big dick, my girlfriend recently visited me at college and we obviously went for a few rounds in the sack while she was here. She knows I’ve been doing something to make my penis larger, she noticed the size difference immediately last semester, and has noticed my continued gains when she came to visit me again. Before I started PE she was the kind of girl that wanted sex a few times a week, and was certainly very vocal during sex. She also has multiple orgasms nearly every single session. Now that I’ve made visual gains, she wants to have sex multiple times per day and my penis can barely keep up. By the end of her visit my penis was extremely tired and needed a break. During sex she’s far louder than she’s ever been, even when she claims she’s holding back her noises. Some times I feel like the whole dorm hall can hear her. And to top it off she now squirts almost every session, sometimes multiple times per session. I must say her exponential increase in sexuality is amazing, but damn it sure is tiring.
