Stretching vs Hanging
Hello Guys, I am sure that hanging is much more effective than stretching for lig release. But my lifestyle doesn’t allow me to use weight hanging tools. Because, I am married, I have a child and I am working as an engineer 6 days a week. So, manual stretch is the only alternative for me. I think I will never see gains like 2 or 3 inches that many hangers do. Since I have 9:00 LOT, I normally stretch my dick downwards. But an intense workout of stretching for 30 minutes is very far from a one hour hanging session in terms of effectivity. So, how should I do downward stretching to make 1+ inch gain of length. Is 30 minutes a day sufficient? Or should I divide it throughout the day?
