I’m in my 1st week of pe and having a really rouch time getting the hang of stretching.
I’m grabbing with an overhanded grip, pulling from the head - but it always seems to want to slip out of my hand.
When I squeeze the head too tight I get tons of the small purple dots on the head from breaking blood blisters.
I’ve tried the OK grip below the head of the penis but I’m still getting read and purple marks down there.
Can someone reccomend a better grip or a link to a diagram that’ll help me stretch better. Every once in a while I get a good grip and can feel the stretch on the penis and the ligs, but not often enough. I feel as though I’m not doing enough to trully get progress this way.
I’m not as confused but still kinda confused on the jelqing as well.
This has been going more easily. I’ve been using lube and the ok grip an right below the head with one hand and up from the base with the other.
I’m thinking of buying a pump in the next day or two. Is this just being lazy - even though I plan to jelq and pump. Or maybe I should build a stretching unit. I don’t know - all I know is I want results in the worst way. I’m 6 5/8 bpl X 4.25 right now. I just wanna get to that 1st step goal which is 7 bpl X 4.5. Can anyone give some advice. I want to really work the hell out of it during my sessions so I feel like I’m doing something but I can’t keep coming back with this Frankenpenis look from all the wear and tear!
