I was thinking about this in the shower while I was jelqing, and I think the idea probably has some merit, in fact, I wouldn’t be suprised if it is already in practice; I just haven’t read anything specifically about it and a search turned up n results (maybe I’m not using the right terminology).
It is commonly accepted that BPFSL gained foreshadow EBPL gains, so I was thinking that if you were to follow first a routine of solely stretching, so as to maximize flaccid gains and really attack the tissues, and not helping them to recover by forcing blood through them. This would cause your FSBPL to jump ahead of EBPL. After a periods of only stretching, you would focus solely on engorgement exercises such as Jelqing, causing the gap between Flaccid stretch and erect length to close.
Like I said before, this is really nothing new, I just want to know if anyone has tried this sort of isolation before.
