I don’t get this guys at all. I have been PE’ing for years and taken time off here and there, but never anything like this. I am now doing a hot wrap, followed my an hour of wet jelqing (80-100% erection, intense), usually around 150-250 slow wet jelqs. And this is every other day, I do this. Hot wrap before and after, lots of kegels, and my erections are only about 80% hard lately.

What should I do?

I think maybe very moderate jelqing works for me? Should I try clamping or something new?

Seems like the easiest answer is do less, in some way. It seems like a better option then lowering the intensity of the actual workout out. I’m saying this only based on what common sense is telling me, I’d suggest less time jelqing then adding more break days.

I experienced lessened erection quality from 4x15min sets of clamping 5 out of 7 days, I found my erection quality returned to 100%, by not doing less, but by splitting the sets up, two sets in the morning and two in the evening. If you want to put as much time into your cock as possible, then try splitting it up.


Starting: (2/1/06) (nbpel=7.8) (bpel=8.15) (eg=5 3/16)

You may not need to do less and intensity, but you can split routine with 5on 2off. Spliting the routine gives time to the penis for a good rest after workout, and the 2off days gives more time than having 2on 1off. It works well for me.

One hour of wet jelqing? I have done wet jelqs since I started one year ago, and I’m now doing 29 minutes of wet jelqs, and with 15 jelqs/min I’m doing almost 450 jelqs. I have gained around 1” BPEL from slowly going from 10 minutes to (soon) 30 minutes.

Slow it down man, do more stretching and less jelqing and you may gain more. Drink a lot of water too and eat healthy.

Take a month or two off, and begin with a light routine and build it up.

W.B.H , what ever happened to your modified newbie routine trial? What is your main target? Length or girth?

My target is pretty much girth I guess, and secondly length. I’m thinking about maybe just doing a daily healthy routine of just 50 light wet jelqs? Just to keep my unit healthly? My erections are frequent and my flaccid size isn’t too bad. It’s just my overall erection hardness is way down. :(

I am not to experienced when it comes to girth work but I can imagine that light jelqing at 50% + erection could be beneficial for this purpose. Also, have you tried pumping? I have just started pumping and must say that I really like it. I have not seen any results yet since I am doing a very light routine to see if it helps with length gains, but the feeling is great and it is not time consuming.

I do 50 jelqs after warm up. Then I go into a manual stretch, followed by 2-3 sets of alternating clamping and pumping, then I use my power jelq for 50 more jelqs.
Seems to be ok. Girth is climbing, length is rather moody, but I get erections without concern. UNLESS, I overdo it. Then I take a couple days off.
