Does anyone have any tips on how to keep your dick in a flacid state when doing stretches? I seem to always get hard when touching my dick. This has prevented me from ever doing any type of legitamate stretching routine. Any help would be appreciated.

Err, I’ve never had this problem really, the opposite in fact. Dont do your routine on a morning, when you are more likely to get an erection, dont look at your penis while stretching, and try to think of PE as exercise like bodybuilding. You dont get get wood on the bench press so you? Or maybe you do, buy hey. Also, dont do PE in the same place as you might masturbate, that should help to keep the two thoughts seperate.

I never get hard when working out, but thats due to an internal mechanism the body has. Adrenaline shrinks the dick. I try not to think about sex but come on, don’t we think about it on average of 8 times per minute or something like that?

Try to get into the workout mindset, not to the point where your dick shrinks from adrenaline of course. Do your PE clinically like a doctor, docs dont get boners at work. Or maybe they do, but hey.

Err, what else… I suppose the more you think about getting hard the more it will happen. Think about your finances, or gardening or some other shit. It’s worth a try I guess!

Thats about the limit of my knowledge, I think its a good problem to have, shows everything is working in order. Hopefully some other horny dogs will post their methods.

I had this problem and i solved it by doing a kegle squeeze as hard as i can and stay until i became flaccid, every time you get erected again do the same thing. Hope this will help.


Annoying, but you may just have to do one set of stretching, then stop, then restart. As for tips to stay flaccid, I was reading in a magazine about how to control your ejaculate better, and even though it was a smart-ass answer given, they said to “think about beige washclothes.” So, maybe think of something boring during your stretching. What time during the day do you do your stretching? I’ve noticed that it’s easier to stay flaccid at night than it is in the morning.

No one consider masturbating before stretching ?


Good suggestion. It can make the glans a little too sensitive, but some people do it, so its another option.



The answer is obvious my friend. Do all your exercises needing an erection. Then Jack off and then do your flacid stretches. You can do your flacid stretches during your refractory period.

I find it easier to stay flaccid during the morning, i guess we are all diffrent.


My dick tightens up WAY too much after ejaculating, I have noticed less erections a night. I dunno, this has messed up my length work so badly…

I always masturbate before a stretching session. I do it many hours earlier though, if there’s not enough time between masturbation and stretching, my dick will be too sore and have a light engorgement, both bad for stretching for me atleast.

Even better, I have my best stretchins sessions always when I’ve have had sex with my girl before getting out of bed in the morning.
