The deal is, and I’m facing it too is were at a point of if you even gain 1/16” in a month your doing good, and if you hit 1/10” in a month

It can be de-motivating especially if you take measurements too often.

Like I believe it was Dino9x7 said. The 2” club in growth shows this is you had the staying power.

I hope to hit the 3” club by 2009. Currently resting in the 2.25” club. I would kill to may a 1/10” a month gain every month. That would have me hitting about 1.25” in a year.

Everyone is different, including one’s ability to gain. Quick4life spent tons of hours and hard work, he probably deserves to be in the 3 inch club. Not to say he wont eventually make gains, but tons of easy gainers like ERambone or sam1966 have made huge gains in a short time.

Q4L’s 3 Year PE Anniversary - Still no gains to report

We all know some people will not grow or much at all. Post was intended for those who are having movement.

I personally think quick4life does have growth in him if he goes about it differently.

I’m gonna measure soon these days. I started a few days ago a nice routine of fulcrum stretches that I think could give me some new gains. I sit on the edge of the bed or a chair, put the mop stick over my legs and stretch manually first on the base, then mid shaft and then near the head. Repeat the same for at least 30 minutes, switching hands.


Present: 8.75" BPEL, 9.25" BPSFL, 5.3" EG

Goal: 1' BPEL, 6.5" EG
