In many other endevours where, growth is required you will have growth, and stagnation. Whether it be the building of power, strength, mental, physical change, each of these attributes human beings attempt to grow thru induced stimulous.

I just wanted to point out after growing through newbie routine, and some stretches, of course I reached a point where things would not increase

It appeared I was stuck at a BPEL of 7.5” and BPFSL of 7 15/16” for a couple of months. Final date at these length measurements was 01/2008. I was stuck.

I added the pump, only because I could not afford the ADS at the time. I figured that I would get some more length gains, as it was reported that some
Fellows who thought they maxed out on length - and then switched to girth excercise such as the clamp started gaining on length again.

Well anyway, started with the pump and heat. 3-6 sets of approximately 10 minutes each at 5” of hg. Heat pad is wrapped around
The tube during the set. I do daily until reaching negative PI’s. If I have negative PI, then will take a day off.

What was funny, is my morning erections and night time erections started back up after pumping, since they had stopped before.

And before I knew it early 03/2008 I had a measured BPFSL of 8 5/16” and BPEL of 7.75”, I measured on 3 different occasions ot verify and

I’m going to get an ADS soon, probably the Static Stretcher HD with the Vacuum head attachment. I planned on using at work
In upward mode toward my belt buckle. And while at home in a downward position. For over 12 hrs per day.

Goal is another .25” of BPEL and BPFSL in 3 months. Will still use the pump, but probably back off on it.

Now that I am close to the BPEL of 8.00” I see what a milestone it is for a PE’er. And I still have a fat pad of just over 1.0”, so much room for improvement.

I also noticed a negative PI that many others in PE had noted. Just want to point it out.

If the tissues in the penis feel “toughened”, to stretch and in just general fell - you probably won’t gain. Probably should take some time off. Taking hot baths when the PI is like this is a good idea. When the tissues feel compliant to the stretch and touch, you probably will gain.
Stretch, you can have growth.

Anyway, what I came to say and in shortened version.

If you have done a routine for 3-6 months and gains either are not coming, or coming tremendously slowly, switch to another routine based off of a different PE principle might be what you need to start growth again.

Agreed. This is why I have purchased a pump, and I plan to buy a vaccum-based hanger. Growth comes when you trick your penis. I also agree with your fatpad comment, I too have a 1” fatpad that I would love to cut in half.

‘Xtremegamer’, they say the lowest fat pads are under .500” even to .250”.

Is why I keep asking if anyone priced out LIPO of the fat pad. If it was under $2000, thats an easy way to get almost an inch
For many of us, and for some people even more than 1” of visible cock length.

Sometimes you gotta change it up to keep going.

Surgery scares me, but if it could remove the fatpad for at least 15-20 yrs… that may be an option. I would just hate to get fatpad removal every 5-10 yrs.

It occurs it did work.

This is exactly what is recommended in remeks and iguanas “TGC-theory”: Focus Your PE and Gain! TGC Theory

The idea is basically that you either focus on your tunica or your smooth muscle. If your BPEL is 0.5” (or more) shorter then your BPFSL, you should focus on girth-exercises (like it was in your case when you started pumping) and if your BPEL is 0.25” (or less) shorter then your BPFSL, you should focus on your tunica by various stretching exercises.

Very interesting! Thanks for sharing optimalss! I am basically doing the same thing now. My BPEL is 0.5” shorter then my BPFSL so I have started pumping again, using a mild routine (2 x 10min sets at 3HG with 50 quick and mild jelqs between the sets for a total of 100 jelqs.).

I’m shooting for 8.0 NBPEL by 8/8/2008, this would be accompanied by 8.50” of BPEL and nearly 9.00” on the BPFSL by that date.

9.0 NBPEL goal would be set for 18 months after achieving 8.0.

The 9.0 goal would accompany a “9.0” embroidery on my work shirts, polos and some t-shirts and hats. I wouldn’t answer what it means
But there would be some that would figure it out.

My long term goal is 9.0” of useable dick, and if somehow I hit double digits 10.0” and up that would be pretty amazing.

Based on your current BPFSL and BPEL difference, I say start doing clamp or pump. My estimate had you going to .250” pretty quickly as the BPEL
Catches up to the BPFSL.

Of course my NBPEL measure would be assisted by taking fat pad from approx 1.15” down to .40” or so, whatever way is necessary - of course I’d like
To lose as much body fat as possible before considering LIPO. But it’s not totally out of the question. Going to check to see how far they can LIPO the fat pad out to, estimating approx .200” is the thinnest.

I pretty much agree that clamping and pumping would work for me. But based on my experiments with trying clamping with my hand, I am not conditioned enough yet.

But low pressure pumping is something I would like to try, and I think I will at some point. I just think it would feel good for one thing.
